β β β β β Worst service ever! Been there a few times but barely a minute of consultation for fever and sore throat costed me $30-$40+. Doctor barely examined me and counter staff were not friendly either.

β β β β β All one star reviews are absolutely right. I was fourth patient. The other three before me only used less than total 1min. 3 patients in 1 min is crazy. Of course, I went in for less 1 min. Its done. Speachless.

β β β β β Rude and condescending front staff who belittles others for their own amusement based on appearance. I feel bad for you if you have to come here for medical needs. Left without seeing the doctor and morning ruined. A complete joke of a GP

β β β β β Front desk staff is rude , without even asking the doctor , she told me 8.30pm SHARP, doctor will leave despite requesting her to ask the doctor to wait for us a little while as we will reach by 8.36pm , from Yishun to Hougang. The opening hour is until 9pm. No empathy for the sick.

β β β β β Their notice states last registration timing is 30 mins before closing time - I went at 11:45AM, the staff rudely told me that I have to wait until 2:30PM. The staff have poor attitudes, and their medicines arenβt even that effective.

β β β β β the first time i came here, there were a lot of people. consultation was 1 min, he sent me to take an art test then pay for my medicine. i found it strange he didnβt follow up with me.
second time i came here, only had about 5 patients and the consultation was still 1 min. paid $50 for that & the medicine.
both times i came because of my tonsillitis. the medicine is good, it really works. but the consultation is so short, and he doesnβt make u feel welcome. when i first spoke he HUH? me very loud, and looks very gloomy.
but i come back because he is fast, medicine works well and one of the few clinics open till late.
