My aunt Went there for vaccination however, staff were rude and careless. Did not update her vaccination status until I called them up to check. Even then, they were very rude and was blaming healthub side for not updating and wanted me to call them instead. After some back and forth conversation, they finally decided to check and it was indeed them who did not update.

My favourite doctor is Dr Lee Kah Moon who is ever so gentle, patient and has a great listening ear. But unfortunately, she has left to another branch. Wish she came back. Recently, I had to do my ART and was attended to by Terence. He is very systematic, efficient and has a pleasant attitude which made my visit a breeze. The rest of the team members buzz around with administration, serving patients and dispensing meds. One Malay dude can even converse fluently in Mandarin. Great teamwork. I thank Pinnacle for hiring such fantastic people.

Doctor is old An Indian lady, I knock door go in and sit down, she even don’t want to open the mouth ask me… just watch at me… I said I was fever xxx, she don’t want to listen other symptoms… I said I felt dizzy but she didn’t take the blood pressure for me… did ART but ask me put the cotton bud myself… total spend $130, get panadol only

Went down to the clinic at Serangoon North Ave 4 with my wife to do our ART. Very fast, met the Dr and was given the medication and out within 30mins. MOH website updated within an hour. Good work.

23 Feb I called clinic abiut bringing helper for hwr 3rd jab. I told staff that helper was tested +ce on 7 Feb and when she could get the jab. A nale staff said asap a her 2nd jab was way back in Oct 21. So we brought her to clinic on 26 feb, just to be told it van inly be done two weeks later due to some MOH issue. I even called to te-confirm 3 days later and was told its correct this time. Today, 12 mar we brought her there and was told it has to be 3 mths after her tested +ve. Why vant they

Came here for vaccination for my mom and the dr isn’t here as he took urgent leave without informing the patient. When all the way down and queued and then know that the dr is not around today as he took urgent leave. Nurse also mention that those who are wheelchair bound please do not come to this clinic as the clinic is at b1 and the dr will not be able to come up to lvl 1 for the injection.

My helper went there for covid testing at 0900hrs, 1 Mar. The time now is 1236am (next day), 2 Mar. I called MOH non stop and I was told that Pinnacle Clinic did not submit my helper's covid positive status, so there was never any arrangement made for her to be isolated. I have very high risk elderly parent at home. If Pinnacle cannot take up the task then don't list yourself as Quick Test Centre. You are endangering my parents' lives. MOH told me the isolation will take around 24 to 48 hrs. That will be 3 Mar. Can you bear the responsibility if my family gets covid? Without her covid status, I cannot get the ART Kit. This clinic is seriously screwed up. Not to mention the service level. I can see from the review that I am not the first to encounter this. You gave the previous patient standard textbook answer. Did you tighten/review your process? Why did the same mistake happen again? This is life at stake!!!!!! Remove yourself as Quick Test Centre if you are not interested in saving lives!

Worst experience. One of my family member visited this clinic to test for covid as she had the symptoms and had positive ART result. Clinic said will send result sms and submit the official result to MOH, but from when she visited till the day she recovered, the clinic did not submit the result to MOH at all, nor did she received the result sms. Clinic simply messed up. Clinic doesn't care and lets you wait for a very long time. My mum had to wait for more than 1h to get a referral letter, only to be told by the nurse that earlier, they had asked her to go home then collect the referral letter next time. Which they did not. Staff is very rude also.
