β β β β β From the very first contact with lifestyle guru of Natural Cool the experience have been pleasant. Miss Shenny who attended to me was very polite and showed a good knowledge by answering all my queries. All through the process she had been very helpful and accommodating and always responded very promptly whenever I whatsapp her with a question. It's refreshing to meet (virtually) someone who does customer service so well and she is a perfect example of service excellence.
The service crew who did the survey and installation were also very professional and gave good suggestions. They did a very neat and tidy job minimising the mess in the house during installations. Overall the aircons were installed beautifully.
I am very happy with the whole experience with lifestyle guru pte ltd and will recommend anyone who is thinking of doing aircon works for their premises and personally will engage them for my future projects.

Placed order for Mitsubishi R32 model, they keep me updated on the status as there were no stock island wide. Finally managed to get it in December and installation was a breeze. Their workmanship is commendable, clean and neat. Will definitely recommend Lifestyle Guru.
