β β β β β I buy just now Brown sugar milk tea with Pudding Jelly. Instead of getting what I ordered, she give me Earl grey milk tea with pearl. Same as what my friend order. I only raealised it when reached home. I am so disappointed with your service.

β β β β β I had a very bad experience in Liho@starvista last night. I ordered drinks from natasha and she put black pearl into cup and toss to Huixin. and huixin puted my cup on wash basin. then she washed stuff and wiped basin with damp washcloth. and then I saw water dropped into my cup from the damp washcloth. I was shocked with messy drinks and asked her exchange my drinks. then natasha yelled to me "No lah" without any apologies. still I am curious that how she can assume that water never dropped into my cup from damp washcloth. (only she stood at casheir counter. even she didn't see how her colleagues did) so I told her what I exactly saw. then she showed me annoying face and shouted "never mine lah, change for you" in the end she exchanged drinks for me but never apologised at all. I am not only shocked with how they made drinks for customers and also shocked with their attitude.

β β β β β The service was quite decent and good at the outlet around orchard. I ordered Ice Lemon Tea and aloe vera while my friend ordered the cheese drink. The wait was around 5-6 minutes. The tea was great but there was a lot of ice. The cheese drink tasted kind of weird. The price was okay. Overall i would visit LiHo again

β β β β β The hazelnut milk tea was the worst milk tea Iβve had in a while. Best way to describe its taste is burnt plastic. Royal Oolong latte was weird too. Couldnβt choose sugar level for lychee Jing syuan so it was too sweet. Only redeeming factor were the white pearls.

β β β β β ordered their brown sugar pearl avocado fresh milk on foodpanda but requested for no pearls and just the brown sugar syrup. staff did not bother to call to inform me that it was not possible, and i just received my drink with no pearls or brown sugar syrup. would have appreciated it if staff called to ask if i wanted pearls instead. this is not the first time i had a bad experience with the branch at star vista, the staff there are extremely unfriendly and one of them shows a black face all day long. so disappointed.

β β β β β Standard of their drinks dropped after they changed their menu. Instead of milk, they use tons of whipped cream in some of their drinks. And probably mixed with lots of condensed milk too.
