โ โ โ โ โ Fast and effective ordering koisk and often a long queue, expect a wait for around 15 minutes. Staff are friendly and do their environment saving part by asking if you needed plastic bags or straw. This is one of the better Koi cafe with great serving staff

โ โ โ โ โ I had a great experience with this outlet. The queues were managed properly and that the service time to each customers was not very long. The waiting time is about 5-10 minutes and it is tolerable when waiting for bubble tea. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly. Since this outlet is located near the transfer zone from the MRT to LRT and bus, it has high human traffic. There are many customers at the store and the queues are cleared pretty fast. They are ready to accommodate any special order for the drink and it is still prepared in a timely manner.
A downside to this outlet is that there is no place to sit down and wait for the order. The high human traffic also causes me hard to stand at a fixed location when waiting for my bubble tea to arrive.
Overall, a decent outlet and the service by the staff is outstanding. Definitely recommend it to my friends

โ โ โ โ โ self-ordered at kiosk n paid cash ($4.30 for M-green milk tea w pearls) at counter, was served by a young lady named kai qi, she was polite. but the drink was not gd though, much inferior den wat i used to get fm the PS outlet. the golden bubble was very hard..if without much chewing, i dun tink it can be digested by my stomach.
