★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was greeted by a rude counter staff when I brought my hubby there last week. She interrogated me as though we were criminals. She seemed very irritated when speaking to patients and was extremely rude. Kept on mumbling that there were too many patients. The staff involved seemed new and she mentioned her name was Jermaine. Would have pursued the matter further if I was not in a rush. Please look into the matter as this is not the kind of standard we want our regular clinic to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see doctor, standing at the counter to register but there is this malay staff in purple uniform was busy talking on her handphone for quite a while and refused to register me. Suddenly she ask me very rudely what I want & why see doctor & took my temperature through the counter glass. Totally irritable, lazy & unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the first time this has happened everytime i book my appointments i am always the last one to go and even though i came first other people who came later then me were served first and i book my appointments usually at 10-11am and i have to wait 1 hour just for the doctor to see me this is very bad i highly do not recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To my horror the malay guy nurse was wearing a singlet to serve patients.. yes singlet. He was smoking outside the clinic before he served my father and the cigarette smell on him was very prominent even with our masks on. He was very rude and impatient when requesting for my father’s name. Didn’t know this clinic does not train their staff to have proper dress code. Have been here before and this staff’s attitude is a total disappointment compared to my previous experience. Would avoid.
