Excellent.. The clinic staff were warm, patient and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Lee was amazing. She sat with us patiently and rush us through like most other doctors I have visited. Best of all, my children enjoyed their visit which is key. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends with kids.

We were at the clinic for the first time yesterday when they opened at 8:30AM. The clinic's pediatrician, Dr Cecilia Lee, was very punctual which was unlike other child clinics we had been to. Registrations were swiftly done when the clinic opened at 8:30AM. The staff there at the clinic were very professional, courteous and helpful. My 21-month-old son always cries when visiting the Baby & Child medical clinic at Blk 828 Tampines Street 81. When it was our turn to see Dr Cecilia Lee, she was very patient with my child. Dr Lee and her assistant both tried their best to calm my son down before doing some physical examinations on him. One thing to note is that the clinic does not accept NETS or credit card payment. They ONLY accept CASH payment. I hope the clinic can take into consideration to at least accept NETS payment in the near future as Singapore is moving towards a cashless payment system!

If you are looking at precise and accurate diagnosis of your child's condition, this is not the place for you! The "doctor" will only give you limit time and seems rushing through during the consultation. If you want to get some medicine from here, it's fine as it's merely an experienced manned pharmacy. Otherwise, for the benefit of your child's well-being, please avoid at all cost!

Long waiting time and super expensive. Dropping by just to get medicine as my kid develop the same symptom after seeing the dr 3 weeks earlier and they dont allow. The dr approach is wait and see to see if the meds work if not come back again. With that kind of price u charging, might as well i go kkh a&e and get full diagnosis with all the xray included and pay 1 price instead of forking $100 each time come and visit the doctor. Stay away at all cost.

Very good doctor. She was the first doctor i took my daughter to when my daughter was 1.5 years old. Up until then ,my daughter used to be so cranky and cry a lot whenever we go to any clinic. But here,after 2 visits my daughter started enjoying the clinic and has since then never cried to go to the doctor even during her shot visits. Yes they accept only cash but they are very prompt in giving receipts . The doctor is very calm and quick in her decision and her experience speaks a lot when it comes to curing the kids health. My only wish is that they be open in the evenings also on tuesdays and thursdays .

Dr Cecilia is very experienced. I have brought my tot here after a skin issue was not resolved with another paediatrian, and she gave us good advice on how to manage and it was resolved. Ever since, we came here and it has been v.good. The counter staff v.polite, professional and caring. Cash only (so pls bring enough)

Prescribed a potent topical steroid cream for my 5 month old without explaining the possible effects of Steroid use. Told me there's SOME steroid in it without telling me there's also antibiotic. FOR A FIVE MONTH OLD.

First time there and the treatment I got for my daughter was effective. The nurses and doctor knew what had to be done. The only downside is the waiting time. I went on a Saturday and it took about 1.5 hours to clear. Overall, great doctor and nurses, and pleasant experience.
