I have the same negative feeling as the earlier reviewer. they prioritises multiple work permit renewal over taking covid tests from the public. every time when I speak to the receptionist, she always appeared very irritated, rude and unhappy. when I visit restroom and take the swab test, I can only use the back door. They made me and a little boy waited for more than 45 min. even when there is no patient inside the clinic, they also continue to make us wait under the hot sun, even with chair also makes no difference. All people, avoid this clinic!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE GOING FOR SWAB TEST!!!! **Update based on further feedback of the clinic: - I called in before going down. They gave me a clear ok so cannot complain I did not make prior notice. That is not responsible. - The staff attitude is very bad throughout. This resonates with others. - Work permit comments came from observation and gain greater understanding after reading through the reviews. ***I will no longer edit this comment as I know the clinic is not reflecting on this. No point wasting my efforts to give review just to get shot back.

My first visit to this clinic. Dr Low and his clinic assistants are very detailed, friendly, patient and polite. One of the clinic assistants who performed swab test on me explained the procedure clearly and ensuring everything's gonna be alright. I listened to her instructions and swab test was done successfully and painlessly! Highly recommended clinic!

Went there for covid like symptoms, imagine my shock when the receptionist told me to stand outside in the high heat with my burning fever. They prioritized multiple work permit renewals over someone who is actually sick and feverish. I will be raising a complaint with MOH and SMC regarding Dr Low Jin Kheng and the rude receptionist. Response to owner : At no point was there available seats outside as they were all occupied with hale and healthy people who were waiting for work permit physicals. After standing for around 25 minutes in the blazing heat with a blazing fever, my best friend requested an additional chair as he noticed I was about to pass out. Your receptionist very reluctantly and rudely agreed to give him a folding chair for me to sit in. My temperature before we left the house was 38.7°. He took photos proving there were no available seats outside for someone with high fever and COVID symptoms before asking the receptionist for one. My biggest issue is that there was no proper triage, between those who were there for a regular work permit renewal and those who needed immediate medical attention. At no point in time did I have a problem with the 'quality of chairs' outside, the overarching issue was there weren't any for me to sit in for nearly half an hour. A sick person wouldn't care about such trivialities. It shouldn't take an hour to register and see a patient had there been proper triage. In the end we gave up waiting and went to another clinic with a higher standard of care.

No doubt the best family doctor ever! been seeing him since young and he had been as patient as he was from then till now. Kudos to Dr. Low and team. He also does laser maintenance which i must say, is very useful for me. Doing it once a month regularly and the results are marvellous! :D

My go-to doctor even after I had moved away. He is polite, calm and professional. I always heal very fast with his medication compared to other doctors. The clinic staffs are very kind and helpful too.

Poor service attitude by the nurses here, a lot of nagging and complaining but don’t offer solutions. Although Doctor is alright. Personally, I wouldn’t visit this clinic again.

Dr Low is very detailed in person. After so many years still found that his professionalism and efficiency is really good! He will help you with his best ability ❤️ i been visiting him since 2014

A bit more expensive than other clinics, but I always come here because the medication they give is effective and the doctor really listens to your concerns. If there is something that worries you, he won’t brush it off and will guide you to where/how to further test (xray, urine culture, etc) to give a definite diagnosis. Doctor is well-mannered. If he needs to check anything (eg, lumps at covered parts), he will ensure that his female staff is also in the room to observe, which I believe is standard protocol in all clinics. The service provided by the doctor is always consistent. He will also inform you prior to checking. Also, they have medication that is safe for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Not all clinics have that. The clinic also calls to update you on lab tests that were taken. Overall good experience! Thank you. Ps. They’ve moved a few doors to their own clinic (no longer with the dental clinic) but still within the same stretch of clinics at street 11!
