★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was....as it is. Typical llaollao, no fuss no drama. Fruits prepared were nicely ripen, the overall serving was well prepared. Just that I wasn’t too fond of the way the staff handled the banana with her ungloved hands. Even pre-COVID-19, this would be considered a definite no-no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking forward to have some dessert. Unfortunately this was ruined by the horrible service by a female staff here. There was no customer and yet she can't even meet the basic service standards requirements. Even if it's busy, there is no excuse for a horrible service. I just hope it's a one off thing. Otherwise it looks bad on the establishment and especially so for Changi Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what is the logic.. at the cashier counter, there is a payment QR code placed there, and I use Google pay to scan it and approved the payment to the correct merchant name - Llao llao T3, The female malay staff said that qr code is not valid and I shouldn’t scan any qr before payment. Why is that a reason to argue with when the transaction is already paid and approved! If the qr is not valid, then dont placed it at the cashier counter. If the qr is not valid, why did the transaction went though successfully. Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 12pm, I went to the shop but nobody there. After shopping and went again at 2pm, again nobody. This is not the first time and makes me wonder why this shop is even open in the first place. Each time I am there, it is either closed or unmanned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refreshing froyo before taking the flight. No seating area so just walk a short distance to the nearest bench. You may also need to ring the bell for the staff to come out and service you.
