H	HP Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mentioned in the name itself, the lounge is located at Lobby area so do not set high expectation on its ambience especially during teatime with busy crowd. Average food quality but good customer service.

Belgium chocolate high tea set with Chinese New Year decorations is a brilliant idea, it’s an average afternoon tea set but a very calming environment compared to having high tea at TWG. Fixed seating time, but no one chased us to leave after the time is passed since there were more empty tables; the staff is well trained with corporate service manner and helped us take photos. I will definitely come again with my friends! It’s a great spot to rest after shopping.

W	W S.H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review of Citrus Fruits afternoon tea (March 2022). 1 star for the interesting TWG tea selection and 1 star for the service. The food was not replenishable - there wasn't anything that was worth a second order anyway. The madelaines and scones did not have any taste or fragrance of butter at all - tasted like a cheap pre-mix. The desserts had no harmony among the ingredients - champagne mango dessert tasted bitter and the mangoes used were unripe & hard. The blueberry cake tasted too sweet and had a strange purple tinge. The savouries were the only saving grace (although they weren't that outstanding either). Overall quite disappointing.

Thanks to the hsbc 1:1 promo, I was here for one of my afternoon hi tea, coincidentally it is a japanese theme dessert. But sad to say, Most of the items are worth only a bite…nothing japanese at all with the taste. Maybe a normal hi tea might taste better. Only the coffee is refillable.

We also had welcome drink and free flow tea & coffee. The staff were also attentive and prompt. They made us feel welcome and pampered. I would also like to thank the reservation staff for being prompt to my email request. Very helpful indeed! Overall we had a comfortable, relaxing and delicious high tea with too much to eat and glad we could takeaway the balance!
