★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I was writing this review under better circumstances. My wife made an appointment online for our domestic helper to visit Healthway Dental (Toa Payoh) at 10.00am on 10 January 2022. Our appointment was accepted by the system.
On 10 January 2022 at 9.45am, my 78 year old mom, who was accompanying my domestic helper at the time, informed me that the receptionist at Healthway Dental (Toa Payoh) had told her "...the dentist is on leave...". And while they were apologetic about the episode, there was nothing they could do except to offer to reschedule.
Normally I would have given a one-star rating as we were not informed about the dentist's absence in advance, and my mom and domestic helper had made a trip in vain. However I am giving two-stars since the receptionist was apologetic and there was an attempt at service recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience with Dr Egwin Yeo today. He was gentle throughout the entire process which was comfortable and surprisingly painless. His dental assistant has a cute and friendly personality. She was making small talks with me before Dr enter. I would definitely visit them again!

She doesnt take my questions lightly, and respect me like a friend. Im so grateful to her genuine care and empathy

DR Janelle is very patient and thorough throughout the visit at Healthway dental. She would explain in details the things that I have to take note and to better take care of my teeth.
Staff at the counter are friendly and efficient.
