β β β β β The worst terriyaki chicken burger I've tried in all the years from MOS Burger. The chicken is dry and hard. Tasted really salty. The veg and mayo are lumped up in one corner of the burger instead of being spread out.

β β β β β regular customer. the sitting here are great, good outlet and the staff is kind and friendly. outlet is kept consistently clean too. my favourite to go is the morning is the teriyaki sandwich here.

β β β β β HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I literally waited at the counter for 10+ min just to order at around 3pm (off peak hour). The seats were barely filled with pple literally waiting for their food. (Saw pple served drinks ONLY)
So, i did not bring my card w me and the kiosk did not offer cash options. Many other pple used the kiosk to order and like get food first. I WAS STILL WAITING TO ORDER
When someone finally came out, that person said "wait, wait" and went back in then nvr came back out.
I had only like 30min for lunch so i spent most of the time waiting (MORE THAN 10MINS AND DIDNT EVEN GET TO ORDER). I had no more time to wait so i skipped lunch and went back with an empty stomach
IF UR LOOKING FOR CHEAP AND GOOD FOOD, THERE IS KOUFU (FOOD COURT) AND SHOPPING MALL AT B1. IT SERVES CHEAP AND GOOD FOOD

β β β β β Ordered cheese version but no cheese.. also very disappointing that no more Tsukune rice burger my all time favorite. Less reason to go to Mos now. Remove a favorite of many for what??

β β β β β Off peak environment is nice- lots of natural light and spacious. Food wise about the same as other mos, in my opinion. But it gets crowded weekday lunchtime, though most ppl also tabao

β β β β β Ordered a piece of fried chicken and soup waited half an hour. Waste my life . If u donβt have enough staff then please donβt operated Fast food ? Preparation is very unhygienic, saw the staff placed the delivery bag on top of the rubbish bin ?

β β β β β The food is worth its price, but unfortunately this is not the kind of authentic American Burger. More a kind of an adjusted Japanese Burger, there's actually rice Burger which is suitable for people who are allergic to gluten. Unfortunately there's only one vegetarian option which is croquet, I wish they would have kept the impossible meat. Nice ordering system ,everything is visually visible, will organized and clean. The price however is very crispy but little dry, he will need some ketchup to go with. It is suffice as a quick meal in the neighborhood.
Pros:
-clean and well organized
-digital system ordering is comprehensive
-there's gluten-free Burger
-crispy french fries instead of soggy ones

-need more vegetarian or vegan option
