She offered me an atomiser promotion for first time buyer and i’ll be able to refill the 5ml bottle of any scent i want for 3 months! Thats an amazing deal! Today i came to refill my atomiser for the 2nd time, while browsing i heard a side comment from another sales assistant “hey i just refilled this one!” For real? Saying this in front of your customer? You can wait and say this after I left! I turned over and look at her she was shock to see that i was behind and thought i could have heard what she said which i did loud and clear! I kept my cool and ignore that. But thats not all, she given another comment saying “oh you looked stressed today?” Seriously? How rude! And yes! I got stressed out by your side comments by the way! PS - Giving her customer service a 1 star and Minger 5 star. Even though this happened i still love the brand and will still collect bottles on my wish list but will buy in another branch.

What actually blew me away and impressed me the most is the Impeccable service from MBS outlet. The attention to detail, skills and the patience of the staffs to assist in finding the suitable one for me is excellent. I truly love the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I’ve received from Lionel as well as Jen and Patrick. I Highly recommend to all. He shared a lot about the brand, the scents and assisted us in choosing our perfumes. Even though we weren’t served by Ayu personally, she was also very friendly and helped us to pack our perfumes. What amazed me was that even though my friend who came along with us did not purchase from them, they still gave her a penhaligons cloth as a keepsake cause it’s cny. Personally, we’ve been to the ION store as well but the level of service is really different. I would definitely go back to the MBS store! Keep it up, MBS team! :)
