J	Joan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having visited a few boutiques in town looking for a specific product i saw on the website and informed by the staffs that the product I'm wanted is currently not available, I decided to give MBS boutique a ring. I am pleased and glad that i made that call. I was served by a staff , May, who went an extra mile to help me checked if their boutique and warehouse carry this product despite its over a phone call. May explained to me that though her boutique does not have the product i wanted, she offered to write in to the warehouse and check if there is still stock available.The very next day she informed me that there is still stock in the warehouse and she offered to transfer the product to their boutique. Thank you May and her male colleague for following up with me and making such an arrangement for me to collect the product just in time for the occassion ! I had a memorable shopping experience :)

I visited the outlet at Marina Bay Sands and personally think It’s the best outlet so far. Display of Merchandises was visually appealing. I bought a ballpoint pen of Heritage collection recommended by one of the staffs, May Lim. It was a great choice, love it. Kudos to Mont Blanc and May for a great customer service experience, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. Will srurely return in the future for more.

Mr Zike Liew served us during our both visits to Mont Blanc MBS. He was so patience and offer various options of bags and pens for us to choose from. Most surprisingly, he arranged for my order to deliver to my place due to run out of stock in store. Save time and hassle free. Thank you Zike! Would recommend you guys to visit this outlet and look for Zike for his professional recommendations ??

Staff barely acknowledged me and failed to greet or even welcome me when I walked in to the store despite not being overly busy, with at least 4 staff around. Despite calling in advance to check that the store would be able to adjust something for me, after I arrived staff were slow, hesitant and almost reluctant to take any action. The staff member who served me stank of cigarettes and like he had been drinking. Not the best visit or experience overall.

S	Steve W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with the thread of my pen and was informed by surly young lady that Montblanc no longer services that pen and I can buy another pen in the shop with a 25% discount. HOW CAN ONE PAY OVER 1000 dollars for a pen and end up in this situation. So much for quality, service and family heirlooms. Totally disgusted with the whole situation. Buyer beware.
