★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never fail to pop in whenever I am here. Outlet is huge with lots of selection. The service staff are all friendly and helpful. Lots of fitting rooms too. Bought quite a few pieces here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is nice but the counter system keep crashing during peak period, making me stand at counter for more than 30 min but no service recovery at all. I feel the mgmt can do sth to make the shopping experience more pleasant and at least give some gifts or discount if u make customer stand so long at the counter !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dresses are cheap and nice, and thus a lot of customers. Shop areas big enough to allow conformable in-store shopping. They offer on-line shopping as well. You can get whatever you see in store and order it on line with all sizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very busy, and the staff were really rude! I saw something I liked but didn’t end up getting anything bc of the poor customer service. I thought the quality of the clothes and the service has really declined in the last year or so. Feels like fast fashion instead of sustainable basics I’d want in my wardrobe for a long time to come.
