โ โ โ โ โ not a very good experience, retail store staff were not friendly, my friend also had a bad experience purchasing from their online store; got sent wrong items, customer service not responsive to email, ig dm literally contact through anyway and they donโt reply.

โ โ โ โ โ Affordable and stylish dresses. What I love most about L&B is that their clothes come in limited quantities, so I have a little bit less worry about someone wearing the same outfit as me. For instance, the demin skirt (sizeXS) I bought was the last piece and I bought it on the day they released the item. Some of their dresses come with pockets which is a really thoughtful and practical touch. I am also impressed with their customer service who are consistently polite & well-mannered. So definitely a thumbs-up!

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service. Staff don't seem keen on assisting at all and always have a very gloomy face. :( When communicating, tone is obviously unhappy and rude too. Understand that it's the peak period now as cny is approaching and that the store is busy but um, don't show your attitude to customers please?? Don't take it out on customers that are there to support your business. 0 professionalism, very poor experience here.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff was extremely rude, unhelpful and appeared very annoyed when assistance is requested. The staff also do not assist you to the fitting rooms unlike other local sg stores, nor do they ask you 'how was it' when you come out. Seems like they really do not care about customers shopping experience at all. Other local stores staff are way friendlier and provide quality service. Better off shopping else where. Very disappointing shopping experience, there are definitely way better options out there with a better range of designs as well. Hope they'd work on their basic customer service otherwise it's better off just purchasing online, no customer interaction from the store anyway!

โ โ โ โ โ My gf has been a regular for many years. She loves the clothes here and treats all clothes w love. She always tell me that only Love And Bravery fits her. While shopping in this outlet today, she found a clothing with damaged zip. Being a good patron, she informed the counter. But the staff repaid her w accusations and shouted 3 times: "EH SPOIL ALREADY WE ALSO NOT TAILOR HOW AH".
To the staff who shouted: I believe u had a bad day and need to rant. I hope u feel better now and hope u will learn professionalism from the founder. Yes, we do realise you are not the tailor. And it was obvious that the previous patron who tried the clothing spoilt the zip. We merely informed you. :)
To the founder: as much as we love your clothes, i hope u will love your customers and have the bravery to right the wrong and check the service level of your outlet.

โ โ โ โ โ Change your store staffs. They clearly look like they do not like being there. They have no idea whatโs customer service as well. Im deterred to enter the store just because of them. And if you read the other reviews, you will know that others feel the same way about the staff.
