A decent TCM clinic in a convenient location. Doctors are great for average, not complicated diseases.

Bad customer service and inexperience attending to enquirers and not experience in TCM according to MOE not aligned to govt initiated expectations and not able to accept medi-save and chais card issued by Singapore govt .

very bad experience. doctor tried to me make me sign a form stating that I would be willing to accept all forms of treatments (acupuncture, etc) even before explaining to me the details, or why I needed those treatments. after a cursory "diagnosis" she prescribed some medications for 5 days, which added up to almost a hundred dollars. felt like she was just trying to make money.

They don't take appointments, just walk in, first come first serve, so you can wait forever. They don't take you, unless you agree you buy medicine for $11 per day afterwards, depending on how many days the doctor assigns. So the medicine costs more than the actual treatment and the first session consultation fee together. No examinations, only asking questions of symptoms. The treatment was very generic, I felt the doctor does the same treatment for all patients. No personal experience. When I have asked when to return, I was told, if I feel better I don't need to return. I mean who gets better after 1 treatment? Especially when it is a generic treatment?

You missed the point in your response. I understand MOH protocol. You just need better receptionists. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” I have written a positive review about 4 years ago below. Today's experience required me to change my ratings. In summary, @Eu Yan Sang, if you are in the healthcare business and are afraid to have patients with potential infectious disease visiting, then you need to close your clinics or else maybe you need to hire more professional receptionist. For those who are interested in details, you can read on. I rang to try to book an Appt for my daughter (on 27th Feb, 10.45am) who have tested positive and is on her Day 7 which means she can exit self isolation based on MOH Protocol 2, for that matter, she has tested negative for the last 2 days. She has a lingering mild cough so I was looking for TCM to help her. The receptionist who took the call was very hesitative after I told her my daughter's condition and I told her I will ensure she is negative before coming. Her way of handling my call was clear that she seems reluctant to give an Appt but finally gave me one at 7pm. What really infuriated me further was she repeated 3 times for me to take an ART for my daughter and to bring the test along over the next 1 min of conversation. I don't understand which part of our conversation shows her that I didn't understand her concern. In fact, I proactively volunteered all the info and told her we will take an ART before coming. Whatever I wrote don't really described the whole call, so like I said in the beginning, if you are so concerned when you are in the healthcare business, get out!! --P.S. This was reviewed by my probably around 2018-- Good friendly service. Doctors are experienced. My Daughter were well taken of by them.

Visits to clinic @ Jem were always a pleasant experience. The nurse were always friendly. Consulted a few physicians at the clinic for different visit and all were skillful. The medicine was really effective in solving all my issue that western medicine was not able to. Appointment is needed before visiting so make sure u call before going down.
