Had my teeth cleaned. The price was reasonable and there was minimal waiting. The dentist, Dr Loy, also has great skillful hands. Already booked my next appointment. ??

Removed my wisdom tooth by Dr Loy. Detail explanation of my condition via various images and checks taken pte procedure before determining the approach for my treatment. Dr Loy is accommodating and sensitive to the patient's needs and reaction during the procedure. Gentle and absolutely "painless " (than what I would expect)! Thank you Dr Richard Loy!

Dr richard is an excellent and professional dentist. He is very caring and patient in explaining all the dental procedures in details. Staff are also very friendly and courteous too! Great experience overall:)

Dont come here. Worst dentist we came across. Clinic published price list at shop and actual price is different. Consultation supposed to be between $18-$28 but he charged more later. Dr Richard Loy is money minded and ill-mannered. He doesn't respect his customer and even questioned who is paying for the dental treatment which is none of his business. PG Card holders by right will be able to enjoy nearly to fully subsized dental treatment for normal procedures after government's subsidy. E.g up to 6 x-ray is free per year but Dr Richard claims that for an x-ray for whole mouth it cost $75, so after $21 subsided, my elderly dad who is a retiree, still have to topup $54 in cash. He also want to charge extra for longer consultation time when we said upfront no need any consultation, we just want him to do what we want as we know what we want as already consulted other dentist earlier. However he still charge to the maximum subsided $30.50 for consultation to take advantage of government subsidy and insists we follow what he prefers than what the customer prefer. He even suggested to extract existing tooths to reduce future risk to make more money for himself. We felt he is trying to rip us so refused to let him give us any treatment. My whole family went to greenlife dental clinic, consultation is free, dentist at Greenlife is very polite n caring, did what we want, dentist did a new full mouth x-ray ($21 which is fully subsided for PG card holders) without having to pay a single cent in cash.

Dr Richard was very personable and detailed in his explanation as he walked me through his cleaning process. The price was also reasonable for the service I received which included a TV to watch while I got my teeth cleaned! I intend to make him my kid's dentist too cos i know they'll be in good hands. :)

Dr. Richard Loy is a fantastic and trustworthy dentist. I've had a cracked tooth of which it wasn't resolved by up to three other dentists elsewhere. My only regret was not to come to Richard earlier. Had to extract the cracked tooth but resolved smoothly with a solid implant! Richard doesn't only look to treat the symptoms but is genuinely concern with dealing with root causes and potential future issues. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable dentist with high tech facilities - here is the place to go!

Chance upon this clinic as i worked around the area. Went to see Dr Richard for consultation due to my toothache. He patiently explained the whole process of what he do and did an X-ray for me followed by some treatment. Treatment was less painful than all my previous dentists, and i felt that he was really passionate about his job unlike some. I knew i was in good hands. I thought Dr Richard charges reasonably and i would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Brought my wife there for his services and both of us felt that Dr Richard gave us an experience which no other previous dentist gave.
