I’ve had one of the toughest extraction and I couldn’t be more thankful for their tips on “what to expect” - the extraction went smoothly though I know it was a tough fight (HAHA) I had a broken molar and a broken wisdom which has no crown left for her to grip - side by side - but she did it ! A remarkable experience - it was their service with compassion that stood out for me. I found my dentist and y’all should too !
H	Haikel Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Low LY was very gentle and patient, would recommend if you have dental phobia or sensitive teeth and need a calm presence for teeth cleaning! Dr Goh AW is similarly gentle and patient and did an amazing job with my crooked teeth on Invisalign, very happy with the end result! Clinic staff/nurses are also friendly and helpful, and waiting time is minimised—would highly recommend this clinic; understand it also has other branches if not near you, which should share a similar ethos!
S	SQ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neighbourhood dental clinic with very affordable prices. Much cheaper than polyclinic if you have the blue CHAS card! Doc is very patient and gentle during the whole Scaling and polishing process. After the whole cleaning process, Doc will rub a pinky substance on your teeth, which I think is to protect your teeth? (can't remember the benefits of this substance) This is a one of a kind treatment process as I don't find other clinics doing this!

He listens actively to my concerns, check and assured what needs to be done. Gentle and precise during treatment. Excellent skills. Good job, young doctor. Society needs more professionals like you!!!

Unfortunately, I had to have two fillings done. The x-ray showed one would be a easier filling but then part of the tooth broke during the filling process and suddenly it was a large filling. I can’t stop thinking if it was because the dentist was a bit distracted and rushed with the assistant checking when my treatment is finished or it was just my tooth. But well, pain is gone but lost a piece of the tooth that might could have been saved.

Dr Nicole is patient and friendly towards me when I told her that I have dental phobia since young. She explained to me step by step what she is going to do to my teeth which makes me feel ease to let her handles my teeth. She got two friendly and caring assistants who were on duty with her too. Thank you Dr Nicole & her assistants who have helped me to overcome my dental phobia. The price is affordable and reasonable too. Thumbs up to their services. ☺
R	Roamee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter is friendly and efficient. As for Dr Chow, the male dentist, he is very polite and patient. He actually thanked me many times while cleaning my teeth whoch beats me. Well, I felt pain during and after the cleaning (which lasted for days). The worst is that my bottom left tooth has been feeling "loose" since the cleaning. I am surprised that a simple cleaning ended with a lasting painful effect on my teeth. I really hope I am not going to lose one of my teeth just because I went for cleaning that's not even clean! I'm very disappointed with my cleaning service though I must say that they seemed friendly and polite.

He is also the most gentle dentist I've encountered with my sensitive teeth. And very reasonably priced too! Overheard him explaining to an elderly gentleman in front of me in mandarin. Very sincere and kind. Recommended my friends and family to his care.
