TS Dental Care - gentle dentist @ Lavender - Kitchener Complex

It was my first trip to TS Dental and I had a recurring gum infection that called for a tooth extraction. Dr Loy was reassuring and explained every step of the procedure as he showed me the X Ray of my teeth and gums. Following that he used non abrasive anaesthetic to numb the gum,tongue,side cheek and lip. I didn’t feel any pain throughout the extraction and even after the surgery, the area where my tooth is extracted is painless (I haven’t taken painkillers at all). Thank you very much Dr Loy and staff for being patient and treating me with gentleness through the entire experience. I highly recommend visiting them for a job well done!

TS Dental team is the best! All my visits to the clinic have been amazing and painless. The dentist is very thorough with teeth scaling and polishing. Yesterday I did two wisdom teeth extractions and a tooth filling and it was the most comfortable experience ever! The price was very reasonable too! :)

I recently had to make an appointment for a tooth ache, just post circuit breaker, and came across TS Dental Care and I'm so glad I did. The entire team is fantastic. They're all kind, patient, nice and easy to talk to. And I mean everyone from reception to the hygienist to Dr Richard himself. I think what makes them stand out is how patient centric they are. They go out of their way to ensure that your time with them is as painless as possible (Both in the dental chair and out of it) and they do it well. A bell to alert them to any pain, a TV on the ceiling to distract you from the procedure, an assistant giving you a comforting pat on your shoulder while an injection is administered and their ability to tell if you're in discomfort. Not forgetting the excellent work they do in providing great dental care that is affordable. I can safely say that I've finally found my regular dentist. PS: This might be small thing but I was particularly impressed by Dr Richard and the way he interacted with the dental assistant during my appointment. He answered any questions that she had about the procedure with a lot respect towards her and was never dismissive, pushy or rude to her. I say this because I haven't always seen this elsewhere and I really appreciated it. Truly reflects the way TS Dental works as whole.

Awesome team who ensure your wellbeing is taken care of. The professionalism ,friendliness of the whole team is outstanding and they do their best to keep you comfortable even for a complex wisdom tooth op which i had to undergo. Most recently was a dental implant procedure and i really the appreciate the patience to explain options and sharing loads of useful information too.

I’ve always had a fear of visiting the dentist, until I was introduced to Dr. Loy and his team. Dr. Loy is ever so patient, kind, caring and thorough in his procedures and explanations. During my wisdom tooth surgery, he kept me so assured throughout the entire process by updating me on every step that he took, ensuring that I experienced minimal pain and encouraging me to hang in there :’) His team also remembered to check in with me after the surgery and was prompt in providing support when I had questions during my recovery. I’m so thankful for Dr. Loy and his team, I wish I could rate them 10 stars for this review!

I recently had to have a broken tooth extracted and several cavities filled. TS Dental came highly recommended by a close friend so decided to visit them. The extraction was done in a professional and painless manner. The fillings were done quickly and the result is so well done that you can not even tell there is a filling. As the fillings were done on two front teeth this was very important to me. After a good and as expected painless cleaning I feel like I have my smile back. The staff and Dr. Loy were so professional and skilled that my wife decided to also have her teeth cleaned . Talk about a beautiful smile Wow ! I would highly recommend TS Dental for any dental work or cleaning you may be considering.

I used to hate going to the dentist, TS Dental changed my mind completely. I've removed all my wisdom teeth here and the experience I had was nothing short of amazing. My fears were quickly alleviated with thoughtful care and reassurance from the staff and Dr Loy. During the surgeries, I was able to listen to music with noise cancelling headphones and watch shows on a screen. I was also given a button if I ever felt uncomfortable or in pain (which I never did use but it felt great knowing that I could give a cue if I needed to). It definitely calmed me down a whole notch and I felt like the whole procedure went really smooth because of that. Have been recommending this place whenever the topic comes up. Have been coming here for my routine checks and cleaning now. Many thanks once again <3

In my childhood days, dentist were so rough. I really had bad experiences with my childhood dental care. And so now that I am older, I rarely go and see dentist. This one is superb. Dr Richard Loy was so patient with me and even tell me to relax. He is one of the best dentist I ever met. All staff who assisted me also able to relieved my fear and nervousnes.
