Went there twice for polishing and cleaning of tooths. Doctor Eugene skills was awesome fast n efficient. My sister went there to pluck her wisdom tooth, she even complimented him to me that his skills was super good , quick pain and quickly finishes it.

Hi everyone, i seldom write a review but i must say that this dental clinic staff and doctor are very friendly and sociable especially staff jasmin and doctor eugene. Staff jasmin was a very kind, helpful girl and easy to communicate, i can see that she takes initiative in her work and she knows what she are doing which makes me feel reliable and at eased. Lastly, i shall thank doctor eugene for his skill, he's a patient doctor and is friendly, willing to talk to you throughout the whole process. Trustable and will provide your needs, thank you all workers, continue to strike for the best!

I was having my braces treatment in Msia during this Covid-19 period. Unfortunately it was lockdown while my treatment was haven’t been done yet. I saw Jasmin posted about this clinic on FB and she was the one who saved my life!? So I cancelled my previous treatment and continued it at here. Dr Eugene and all the staff here are very professional and patient. I just finished my braces life and my teeth now are in very good condition, I feel so grateful to have this experience? The customer service provided by the team was great and they were super friendly too :) I went there to work and decided to extract my wisdom teeth there, Dr Eugene was very professional and it was almost pain free. Do not engage them for braces or any other sort of services. I engaged their services to get my braces done, and now I can only say that I utterly regret my decision. I only can describe them as unprofessional. The whole experience with them makes me feel that the clinic is extremely business driven instead of being customer driven, and that they only want my money and have no care for my well-being. 1. The fact that every customer's appointments are squeezed very closely to each others' without any buffer time in between will let you feel that they only focus on closing deals with customers. Each visit is just very rushed. Their body language chases you away after the appointment as they have to tend to the next customer immediately after that, to the point where you'll feel bad if you want to ask the dentist questions about your teeth. The dentist just gives perfunctory replies anyway. 2. The only time where they seem patient and nice is on the first consult before you engage their services. During the first consult, they are very patient and cater time to answer all your questions. However once they close the deal and you pay the initial payment, there is a 180 degree change in their attitude, they know that you have to continue with them, so they just serve you badly. Whenever you ask them why you feel discomfort, they will just push the blame to you not tending your teeth properly. It seems that they've forgotten that I've engaged them exactly because I need help with my teeth?! 3. Do not be late there! As they squeeze appointments back to back without any buffer time, even if you are a few minutes late, they will rush the entire visit and procedure at your pain and expense! 4. If you are engaging them for braces, the dentist will most likely persuade you to get jaw surgery done with this other clinic and tell you that it is strongly encouraged, probably because he receives commission or a recommendation fee from there. Once you tell him that you're unable to visit that clinic because it's not covered by your insurance and asks him to recommend another clinic, he will start saying that your jaw is fine and actually no surgery is needed.

Came to know of Symmetry Dentofacial Aesthetics Clinic through a friend's recommendation, and have been having my regular dental appointments with them ever since! My experience w the staff and doctors there is always pleasant. The staff are friendly, and my dentist is reassuring and professional. My dentist is always able to sense whenever I'm nervous and would try to distract or reassure me. If anyone asks me for a dental recommendation, it's definitely here. (:
