Was asked if i wanted full classic, so i said yes… i mean am i supposed to know the classic mani and pedi on the menu doesnt refer to the full classic? Was charged a total of $88 because i chose the full classic… AND ITS JUST AN EXTRA SCRUB.. a total scam. Never going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible for eyelash extensions. I had mine done and after just one day, started falling off. I refrained from using oil products too. Paid $58 for service and completely not worth my money. the lady literally brushed my eyelashes with eyelash glue?!! Tried calling in to complain using given phone number and WhatsApp number. Both cannot get through.
Now my eyelashes are damaged and hardened. Tried to sell me a package deal some more with extra $40+ Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant experience and feels cheated! The classic mani and pedi package is more like an express service! You paid for a classic but get an express service... so you are paying a few times more! And the manicurist really knows how to make you feel that she’s in a rush and you are really not important. She can’t even be bothered to clean off your your hands and feet after filing your nails. Oh did I mention the whole experience was water free??!!! When asked to clean off the paint around the toes, she asked you to wait... and when she finally does it with 1 tiny piece of cotton, she complains that it’s because your skin is too dry and that you should wash it off with warm water when you get home! It’s quite unbelievable. I walked out of the place feeling dirty and itchy.

Extremely pleased with my lashes. Tried a couple of places but none of those lashes lasted as long, super pleased with her technique! Will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are crude and it is always a humiliating time for us there. They never fail to announce and inform us of our fungal nails even though we are regulars and got upsell to sign package. We bought their fungal nail treatment, and if you know/suffer from fungal nails, you will know that it is a work in progress. It will take time to eradicate. Some of us have lived with it for years and have given up on the treatment. It’s so humiliating when they have to announce it so loudly, humiliating us in front of other customers and staff in the process. I also hate the passing of watchful judgement among the staff after. We are never ever coming back. We didn’t pay the money to be humiliated.
