★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place with so many colours to choose from. They are using Japanese gel which is better than what other shops are using. Prices are super reasonable, as you don't such prices in neighbourhood shopping malls. I did the gel mani and pedi and was very happy with the services. The seats are super comfortable too. Will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO Not Visit!!! SCAMMER!! Right outside the PROMOTION Sign board. Listed promotion gellish pedi and gellish medicure total $68. Instead I was charged a total of $88 because classic pedicure does not include the removal of dead skin from the sole. When asked where is it listed as a separate item. It wasn't produced for me. This place is a scam.
The experience was not great as well. For $88 it includes removal of dead skin on the sole, cuticle cleaning and gellish colour. It does not include massage and moisturising which is rather standard for nail spa.
The China lady with spec is really rude. Terrible service.

background: package signed in 2021 for medi and pedi. made a deposit and told to pay balance after 3 sessions. when wanted to go 1 week before CNY 2022, was told that package is not applicable during this period. when asked if it was stated in the contract, they said yes, but the "contract" aka receipt is not given to customer and it was also not made known as well. therefore they told me that if i want to go during this period have to pay up the balance and additional service charge before they will provide their service to me. When asked to speak to their boss, the sales person named nicole said that their boss does not care and will not entertain customers. no refunds will be given as well. therefore, sign at your own risk.
*ps: we already informed CASE but decided not to pursuit the matter as it isn't worth the time over $100 bucks.
