β β β β β Staff at reception was speaking very rudely, asking me to go outside and wait even my number has been called but I was told to wait for 27 minutes via the sms. At least speak nicely, example βsorry, can you wait outside please?β But instead, he aggressively asked to wait outside and someone will call my number again. Very unprofessional. Couldnβt see the name of his name tag, but itβs a young man, time is 5:17pm here 14th of April.

β β β β β I went to set up my M1 ID so that I could view the bills and make payment effortlessly. The staff there by the name of Wira Chen was patient and keen to assist me, despite there being a crowded queue for him to handle.
M1 should treat such staff with care. It's tough to find such employees who are dedicated and patient at the same time.

β β β β β I went to the shop to ask for help to set up my M1 ID. There was this nice guy by the name of Wira Chen who proceeded to help me despite there being a huge crowd of queue numbers for him to handle.so nice to know that there are phone shop employees who go beyond the call of duty to perform non-sales transaction. M1 should work hard to retain such helpful staff members

β β β β β Dropped by on public holiday to do recontract and had to wait quite a bit before it reached my turn. Staff at entrance and inside the store were friendly and helpful in explaining the plans despite the large crowds. Would recommend to head to other branches if you are unable to wait long hours, as there are often no seating/waiting area available.

β β β β β A typical Sunday spoilt thanks to the services at M1 NEX. Staff are never attentive and they are often seen doing their own things. Waiting time was crazy with only less than 10 people waiting. Took 1.5hrs just to settle a Re-contract service. And guess what? A staff is seen sleeping while we customers wait for our turns. C'mon M1, this is just so bad!

β β β β β Went on a Friday night around 2015 hrs. Not that crowded. Only 3 numbers b4 mine. I just want to get a new 5G sim card.
Waiting time was about 20 mins. Took about 5 mins for the staff to note down my IC and issue me a new 5G SIM card.
