Selling endlessly at the clinic No professional at all What can I say about 60 minutes of massage? Few people can't bear a 60-minute massage at all I just wanted to take care of my body As a result, it is more uncomfortable for the entire individual. No medical ethics!

Bad attitude and unkind coordinator / Nurse?(Not sure their cert.) They close the consultation before 15 minutes of closing time even though they displayed the notice. So I could not get the medicine. Even they do not speak English. Are they working for Medical service or just selling medicine?

This is the review I sent to makuang through their official Facebook page. ------- I'm now at your West gate branch and had the worst experience with your tuina practitioner, Li Min. I tried to be understanding that this is perhaps how the mainlander Chinese speaks, but seriously, the way she spoke to me and my mother, the condescending tone and the attitude portrayed was just not how a professional medical doctor should behave. In front of her at the PC was her phone, and she was watching some video. It felt as though as our presence had disturbed her video enjoyment. What exactly happened was that my mum had a fall yesterday, being worried, I decided did to bring her for a consult. And I chose makuang cos of its reputation. I specifically told the stuff that I will require a tuina and a consultation with a physician. The counter arranged for us to do tuina first followed by a consult. We were for the tuina only to be questioned on why are we are seeking a consult from her. I don't understand why must we be treated with such disrespect and rudeness by your doctor Li Min. The attitude shown by Li is really unacceptable. Moreover, your receptionist portrayed professionalism even if Li screamed at them in front of other customers. I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't want your store to be perceived as a rowdy and noisy to your other customer. In summary. 1) Li shouldn't be having a phone with video being paused just in front of her monitor. 2) Li shouldn't vent her frustrations on the receptionist. That's portrayed a very bad image. 3) This is new, after that incident, we went to consult the physician. I was waiting outside and Li went out of the store to make a phone call which lasted 20 mins. There was a patient waiting for her outside. After she came back from the call, she yelled at the receptionist on their failure to notify her. This is not right also, it goes to show that your staff are not communicating. 4) I understand your therapist are professional by trade, but please remind them the reason why there took up this profession, it is to help the people who needs help. It's a noble job, that deserves our respect, if they respect their job. From my experience, your therapist Li have A LOT to learn.
