The sales person isn’t friendly. I asked for a lipstick shade showing a picture and she immediately said that she doesn’t have that. Didn’t suggest for any closer colours. Finally the lipstick I wanted no stock and the powder case that I wanted no stock as well!!

Brenda was so helpful and friendly. Really professional in advising me about product type, colour and application. Great to receive such good customer service :)

Sales people were just hanging out in back, when they were clearly needed out in the floor. When they finally ventured out, my sales person had no clue over products when I asked about about eyebrow product and a basic facial cleanser. While she was courteous, she read information off the signs and could not demonstate on herself. Her collegue (short fake brown blunt cut) was extremely rude and snarky when I asked for a sample of an oil cleanser and rudely cut in on our conversation and said that MAC does not give samples. I left, extremely annoyed at her attitude and rudeness, with my purchase, and went next door to Kiehls to purchase my new cleansing products. MAC at Nex needs to hire staff who are polite and are interested in actually helping the customer so we can find suitable products. I love and will continue to use their products but will never return to the branch at Nex Mall. Train your staff and hire better people!

I give 0 star.....The salesgirl in the MAC shop at Serangoon nex shopping mall in singapore service customers in a very unprofessional and rude manner. She impolitely say out loud “Is that the only thing you want to buy?” is not that i didn't buy anything. i bought the lipstick. And she ask me, just one? and repeat just one only?. And her showed a not friendly face to me.when customer is going to pay for 1 item to buy. What sort of customer service standard is this? This kind of customer servicing is the very worse i have ever seen among the various asian countries i have visited. This can only mean that MAC shop in Singapore did not provide adequate customer service training to the staff or MAC only care about sales target but not the customer service standard. By the way, I didn’t get to know the salesgirl’s name, but she is one of the salesgirl who is in darker skin color. I hope MAC can look into this feedback and work hard on improving the customer service. Feedback this shop not so good about sales girl .

This is the worst MAC outlet. The sales assistant is curt and impatient. I went there last Saturday to top up my supplies and asked what a primer was, and how to use it. While she did explain it to me, I did not really understand. When I tried to get her to clarify, her impatience was visible and she took a very impatient tone with me. The store at that time was empty at that. If you dislike serving a customer or have no patience then really you are in the wrong industry. If a customer does not understand and asks 5 times, one would expect an explanation 5 times till the customer gets it. If you cannot explain it well, please ask your colleague to help you. I’ve been to the outlets in Orchard Road and the service there is excellent. The experience I had at this outlet left me feeling disappointed and stupid, which shouldn’t be the case. The customer should never be made to feel stupid.

was skeptical at first reading the reviews, but went there anywhere to buy some xmas present for a friend since it's nearest branch from my home, both staffs there are actually very friendly and helpful since being a guy, i have 0 knowledge about cosmetics, had a great shopping experience

Approached Marsha at the counter, told her I wanted to get a couple of things, including an x-mas item. As we were walking over to the display, a new customer walked in. Marsha immediately went to serve the new customer and told me "you don't mind waiting do you". No idea why she decided to abandon a customer who was about to buy stuff, but I won't be buying anything from this outlet again.

I had a lovely experience, i went in to buy a lip liner for my lipstick and although i did not bring the lipstick along the sales associate asked me to describe the colour and i said it was a berry colour, and she recommended me a burgundy lip liner, i also ended up getting two lipstick one from the CNY collection and the other called taupe, she was really nice and helpful she recommended me products that would match my skin tone, although we’re not allowed to try lipstick in our lips cause of covid she was still able to find me products that would match my skin, I came home and tried all the products and I LOVED it, and i was surprised that I loved all the products in spite of being able to try in store on my lips. super friendly sales associate and is very knowledgeable about all the products. 10/10 service will definitely come back!
