J	Jerry Ooi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from a very unpleasant takeaway experience from your outlet. Staff manning the outlet on the 25 April 2021@730pm was grumpy and just plain rude. Asked her a question regarding my order and she just rolled her eyes and ignored me. I urge your management to take note and prevent such staff from staining your good reputation.
N	Nur Zaidah Binte Zulkiflee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a DIY and a Salmon roll. Appreciated the hefty fillings, but lacked the sauce - which would've been the thing that tied everything together. My sushi tasted bland, which was how I found out. Would call it a scam, but I'd just say it's forgetfulness. Or something. Quality isn't as good as when the branch was upstairs (where Koi is now). For some reason, the quality downgraded once it went down to B1, lol. Only 1 female staff looked willing to serve. The others (aka the guy who made my roll) had a look like they couldn't care less. Even my sister said the female staff was the one who made her roll not bad. Reading reviews from other patrons giving me some suspicions but.. Anyway, won't blame them. I'd want to go home too considering it's Ramadan. But hopefully it isn't like this year-round. If it is, hope they make some improvements soon. :)

Absolutely disgusting that they can charge so much and yet be so stingy on the ingredients. I’ve been ordering from them many times, and recently the staff there are reducing the portions to ridiculous amounts. It’s a joke really. Useless outlet and staff

Ordered Creat Your Own Salad that costs $11.90 but it was 80% just lettuce with 3 pcs of chix, half of hard boiled egg, a few pcs of mushrooms and small amount of sweet potatoes. even the edamame is less than 10 pcs. super disappointed.

It’s just lettuce, I think ur staff can put in more leaves to fill it up to the brim? The Cajun chicken is just a what 4 thin slice? The boiled egg was half an egg??? Egg very cheap only sia. The baby potatos… huh it’s like garlic chips sia. I know I’m on a diet so I chose salad but right cannot leh. It’s like baby meal. The little San how? Very hard to compete with other places. Only the sauce not bad and acceptable portion. The sushi is good tho. But I cannot eat a lot of carbs now. Can help a bit? Put a bit more into the bowl leh plssssss. U see my friend (3rd pic), she 5 mins finish the bowl leh and she daaaaaaamn skinny one. She always cannot finish her meal one. But today she broke record. I’m very impressed. But yeah I hope to see Maki salad would be as good as Maki sushi in the future. Thank u while I eat another tofu.
