Staff is so humble and cooperative that even after the closing time, she helped us with all the new inquires and also remembered to do a proper send off. Great after sale customer service as well. One of the staff replied on WhatsApp queries even past office hours. Very appreciable. The shop has lots of designer pieces to match almost every need. Good job guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This jewelry shop is selling faulty products, if we go and ask Malabar they are not ready for exchange or replace... Ashamed of them, they are really cheating people... Please be careful while buying anything from Malabar gold and diamonds... Very disappointed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was horrible. I was there to get a gift and the service staff kept telling me "for a gift, this is enough". She hadn't asked me for my budget or anything so I am not sure what she was basing that statement off. While looking for the gift, something else caught my eye (for personal use) but the sales lady was so reluctant to check prices or respond to questions, really put me off. Don't think i will be spending money on this brand any time soon even though they have pretty designs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience with Malabar, we visited Malabar last week and had reserved item by paying advance amount, when we finally purchased items, they totally tricked us with advance payment stating it’s discounted, but when we return home, surprised to find that it was just nothing but our advance payment. When I went back to check about it, the manager RK (Radha Krishna) totally started arguing that he meant advance payment itself as a discount. I felt like should have checked invoice before leaving premise.
