β β β β β Enquired about a crocodile product and was immidiatly deflected to a stingray product as it was cheaper. I never asked about the price and felt disrespected. I immidiatly left the store an will never return. Very rude and strange behavior, maybe the store have a certain perspective of people, if you are not wearing a suit or designer clothes then you cannot afford the products. I certainly will never visit this store again.

β β β β β Have been there twice and I have been served by two differnt persons with great services. Lots of information exchanged. All details of leather and prices were shared. Regarding, it is reasonable, not extreme as branded ones. I purchased a belt on of each visit.

β β β β β I went into this shop accidentally when I wander around the mall. Aunty welcome me very nice, though I told her I just want to look around she assisted me very helpful, showing the wallets and giving a lot of information and offer a discount. The price tag is clearly shown inside the wallet. Not sure why the other feedback here giving a negative respond, maybe they have changed attitude or I'm just lucky :)

β β β β β Been to this shop few times. Well laid out, good range of leather products. Reasonable pricing. They very knowledgeable about their leather materials n products with many years experience. Good ambience. Bought a leather belt before. Good value for money. No regrets. Will recommend this shop to all my friends.

β β β β β I had bought a black crocodile wallet today (8th April, 2017) in the shop. The price was not only reasonable compared to other shops in Singapore, but also highly competitive. The quality of this wallet was also satisfactory, almost defect-free crocodile skin outside and beautiful blue leather inside! But I have a suggestion on the design of card slots... Maybe I can present the issue to the clerk and hope them can pass the message to the designer?

β β β β β Inquired about the price of a clutch which the saleslady reluctantly gave. When I asked the price of a wallet she gave a long talk about how croc leather is not like "regular leather and that the price changes every day". So when I asked for the price of the wallet was "today" she answered that she would only tell me if I was going to buy it. I am appalled at their business practice and felt discriminated upon. My friend and I immediately left the store. What kind of salesperson would place any sort of condition on the customer who was merely asking the price of one item? Worse yet, did she peg me as a customer not worth attending or spending time on?

β β β β β This shop does not know how to respect customers.
Was served by a gentleman. Asked to take a look at a wallet. This gentleman started talking on leather matters and is trying to NOT show me the wallet. I had to ask like the 3rd time to see the wallet.
After which, he was very quick to take a wipe cloth and equally quickly, took back the wallet and wiped it clean in front of me. He made me feel like I am not worth to see the wallet.
The shop isn't coming clean with the prices too, which is very weird for a shop in Singapore.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

β β β β β Mandarin Reptile is the first place that comes to our mind when it comes to exotic leather - ostrich, croc, lizard, stingray, etc! Boutique owners/staff often took time to explain the different types of leathers, required maintenance and offer honest opinions about how the product(s) suit the buyer, price factor, customisation outcome, etc. The store carries a decent range of products and offers bespoke services for almost anything at a slight/marginal premium depending on leather, design, etc. Prices are reasonable, quality is great and service is tip top from our first visit. A lovely place to shop for gifts and personal collection.
(Note: Boutique owners/staff may leave you to look around until you ask to see something which is great because I don't fancy having someone overlooking my shoulder!)
