Mandom Corporation (Singapore) Private Limited - 1 Kim Seng Promenade

I bought Koji Dream Magic Natural Nude Pink Tape(Slim) on14/05/17 from Watsons at Bishan Junction 8. Next day I opened the product and discovered it was not as the package described 'Double eye lid tape'! They are just eyelid tapes to help in application of eye shadow! But the graphic shows how the tape help to create double eyelids! Even the text reads -ALMOST INVISIBLE DOUBLE EYELID TAPES. The next day I went back to Watson but I was directed to contact MANDOM CORP(SINGAPORE) for refund. As I was busy, I only went on MANDOM's website on 28/05/17. I wrote a feedback, forwarded my contacts but two days later still no one replied. I patiently wrote another feedback on 31/05/17, at the same time I said my last resort is to get help on social media to publicise all these unhappy incidents. Still there is no answer from MANDOM CORP SINGAPORE! These experiences are just too much, its not a problem of the refund but the trouble of getting MANDOM to look at the problem of WRONG LABELLING on their product, MISLEADING GRAPHICS and TEXT!!! If MANDOM has the least care and responsibility for their products, after sale's service and reputations!

Bought a couple of their facial scrub and this is what's inside. ½ full or ½ empty? no wonder so fast finish? #moreairthanpotatochips
