Latest update 7th June 2022: wow wow wow! We replenished our milk powder again after we are just left with 1 week's supply of Osteomilk since our last order few months ago. Amy Kam from Marinex has been really nice, helpful & accommodating in helping us all these years in arranging for very prompt delivery of milk powder. Osteomilk remains as part of our staple diet and we look forward to consistent patronage of this product which has done alot for myself when I had been first diagnosed with Osteopenia in 2016. Without the potency of Osteomilk which contains both calcium carbonate & collagen (of marine source as I do not take collagen of both poultry & bovine origin), I would not be able to start performing high resistance training such as long distance running since 2018 and being able to shed excessive weight fr 62kg to a lean 47kg now!! Osteomilk is one of the rare products proudly established here in Singapore that contains collagen type 2 of marine origin as most other supplements derived their collagen either from poultry or bovine sources. Indeed, Osteomilk remains as our highly preferred choice of a collagen-based product for bone, joint & cartilage health. Thumbs up for the awesome product! My first review: I swear by healthcare supplements fr Marinex Pharmaceuticals. This company has been so professional & patient in explaining to me that Osteomilk, Osteosoy etc are functional foods. They are targetted specifically at supplementing nutritional needs, as in my case, calcium fr collagen type 2 found in Osteomilk which is also of skimmed origin (skimmed milk). As I had been lactose intolerant for many years, I had not been drinking milk. I bought my first pack of Osteomilk in 2016 from a supermarket when I first suffered from a swollen knee cap. The dose taken by myself for the first month is 2 sachets per day for a stretch of 30 days and refraining from any weight-bearing movements (eg climbing of stairs). The effect was miraculous because the pain which was previously excruciating & the swelling subsided significantly! Thereafter I have been taking Osteomilk almost everyday with oats stirred into the milk. I have been doing long distance jogging at 4-6km at least 4 times a week and my joint health seems a lot more manageable for the past 2 years after a progressive weight loss. Recently I started trying out Osteosoy which contains spirulina powder & I love love love the iced version of it! It tasted yummy & has a lower sugar content than Osteomilk. I would highly recommend their products as they really work for me!
