★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few stalls inside the Market Street Interim Hawker Centre that sells fishball noodle. End up choosing this stall because I notice more people were eating from this stall instead of the other one. Apart from the minced meat noodle, there is also Teochew dumpling noodle available.
Noodle starts from SGD$3 onwards.
I had their minced meat noodle, it comes with the standard ingredient like fishcake, sliced lean pork, minced meat, fishball and braised mushroom. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. Sauce could do with more seasoning. Otherwise, quite a decent bowl of minced meat noodle.
