★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Martin is so patient and kind to my kids when we brought them in for a checkup. He was attentive and approachable and my kids love him.
The nurses there were efficient in doing the registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and kind doctor. Very compassionate and will take time to understand your issue. The only doctor ive met that will shake your hand / fist bump (pre/post covid) after every visit to show concern and empathy. Only downside is waiting time can be way too long. If you visit/register in the morning, you will only be consulted in the afternoon. I recently paynow twice by accident and called in after a few days for refund and was acknowledged and refunded within minutes. Glad to know that the clinic is finally accepting all payment methods and having swift response to such incidents. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For past few months, we have been seeing afew GP for consultation, due to my child kept having running nose and cough very frequently, after sending to infant care.
Until we met Dr Ben, he is very professional, passionate and caring toward children. He did the extra mile to diagnose the root of it and treat my kids.. after afew days of medication on my kids, he did called to check on the status to be sure everything is fine… my family and I really want to thanks you for spending the extra mile to diagnose my kids and cure it well.. I will highly recommended this doctor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. I waited for nearly 3 hours!!! ? Hopefully, Doc can keep his words concise, not keep on repeating himself. A bit long winded. The rest of the patients in front of me were equally frustrated for he's taking his own sweet time. Missy told me that I was patient no. 4. & there were only 4 patients. ??♂️ Why took sooo long? He also forced me to buy med from his clinic when I had already explained there was needless to. ? Definitely not going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past few weeks my whole family +ve covid. I have 1 younger child 5 y/o. It's really hard not all clinics can do art test for younger children. I googled and found that Martin Medical Clinic can do for all ages. It's easy and convenient.
And Dr Benedick is very friendly towards my children. My children are comfortable with him.
I just moved in to Woodlands and I can say as a first timer choosing this clinic is really not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recently tested positive and is currently quarantine at a hotel. Was feeling a little sick and decided to telemed with them. Dr Paul and Dr Martin and the clinic staffs was very very nice and helpful and helping me to get my medicines and deliver to me safely within a short period of time. Really good service and really thoughtful! thank you so much !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a supervised ART result in 24 hrs to catch up the flight on the next day and i only was looking for available doctors around 8pm(my flight was at 1pm) but no one i could reach out to. Eventually i found Martin Medical Centre and had a video consultation with Doctor Ben. He is very efficient and super kind! I received the certification in 15min!! I’m so grateful that Doc Ben didn’t mind to conduct it the late evening and was so helpful to forward me the papers promptly for my case. I hope to say thank you in person to Doc Ben one day at the medical centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Dr. Martin & Dr. Paul are a good doctor! I've seen them both on different occasions.
They are very extremely understanding, listens well to your concerns. Both of them takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! That is the cause for a slightly long waiting time but it's extremely understandable.
The staff was amazing, too. Very impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend this clinic.
