Seldom i like to leave negative reviews, but this is really bad. Wife went twice to this place in 2 days. Counter staff will find 101 reasons not to take the service for stat ICA Health checkup. First encounter - reached 3pm , was quoted too many customer so rejected service. Second encounter - reached 9am+ , rejected service again mentioning need to bring the cover letter? We have went to other SATA outlet in the past 10 years and none have such bad services compared to this outlet. This is not our first time applying for renewal of passes. I know that it could proceed with the service irregardless With or without the cover letter as The test requirement are clearly stated on the government's health checkup form, and we have no such rejection in amk outlet previously that we went without the cover letter after We shared the purpose of this checkup . I will suggest patron not to use their service here if theres a choice. As for the management, i suggest you guys have a refresher course for service staff, align and list the requirement clearly on your websites. Requirements like you will reject people at 3pm, or when theres long queue then it will depend on your mood if you wanna provide the service. As for the documentation, please quote it as mandatory as well.

had such a ridiculous encounter. my appt was at 230pm and i got my ticket no. around 215pm. i had a few tests to do and it all went by fine, nurses were friendly. by 340pm all my tests were completed and i only had to wait for the doctor's consultation. this was when everything went downhill. after close to an hour i asked a nurse about the consultation and was told that there were still a few patients in front of me but i'd have priority since i made an appt. later i saw patients who came in after me going in for the consultation first n then another nurse told me there's 2 more patients infront of me. but ofcourse more than 2 patients went in after. mind you the clinic was closed by now. the queue no. was also going in sequence but since mine was under appt so i had a different no. the most frustrating and ridiculous thing about this was that i ended up being the LAST patient and it was already 6PM!! in total i asked 5 diff nurses rgd my queue no. did the doctors conveniently forget my no. even after i approached the nurses countless of times? is there no system? what's the point of making an appt then. IM NEVER COMING BACK.

I would rate a 0 star if I could. We are all aware that your work hour for Saturdays are from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Fine. Reach 8:50am to queue only to be told that they no longer take in anymore check ups. Boohooo it is either pure laziness or pure incompetence if you open your doors 8:30am and call for full-house within 20 minutes..

I was there for my colour vision test for polytechnic, I was expecting at most 30mins wait. I was there at around 1pm, but I was shocked to see a long queue outside the clinic itself. After queuing for an hour, I still had to go inside with a queue number waiting for the payment. The whole process took around 3+ hours, and the eye test didn’t even last 2 minutes. The worse thing is that I have to come back on Friday just to collect the results. I have printed the paper there already, why can’t they just ask the doctor to sign or something and I will be on my merry way.

I joined the queue at 8:30 am as it was opening at that time. Then, I showed the form from my mobile which had been provided by my employer linked with sata and no appointment required. But the one of the staff member asked me to print the paper. We are in 2022 but still uses physical paper. Next I had to wait till 10 am to take a print out. Once I had got the document, I went in to sata again and got queue number. I have wasted whole morning fir this. I got my queue number around 10:15 am and I’m still here and queue numbers that were called just now are miles away from mine. Staff is super slow when it comes to processing. I feel that I may need to cancel my early evening plans as well for this.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Reached the clinic at 1000hrs on a weekday and joined in a queue which was already snaking while there was a full house of approx 50+ patients (according to the chairs). When I reached the front of the queue, the staff asked me what I was here for and asked if I could come back at 1330hrs as they have a full house and won’t be taking any more registrations. He went on to ask me to write my name on a blank piece of paper AKA β€œpriority list” and highlighted that I was 2nd in queue which was separate from the regular afternoon queue. I came back at around 1320hrs and was shocked at the snaking queues on both sides of the corridors one being the regular afternoon queue and the priority queue. Later I realised that there has been a spill over of patients from the morning queue as some had registration numbers already. 1330hrs, the clinic staff started opening up the doors and started admitting patients from both queues instead of settling the priority queue first. What was worse is my name was second on the priority list and when I highlighted that I was 2nd in queue, he disregarded it and instructed me to remain in the queue and resorted to who was physically first in line in the priority queue. Does it make any sense to have a priority queue and take down my name when you don’t keep to it? Does it make any sense that patients who joined the regular queue in the afternoon get registered before those in the β€œpriority” queue? Told this to one of the staff and all I got was an apology and an explanation that they are constantly busy daily. Hope the management can improve knowing that they receive such high volume of patients.

Waiting time is too long. Past 2 hours and have not done registration. Waited since 9am the queue outside the clinic. And inside the clinic waited for 2hours+ still have not registered yet. There is no ventilation and there were sweat smell everywhere. Very bad condition please avoid the clinic at all cost. Thanks.

I went to queue at 7.30am for the collection of my report and I was in the earliest of the queue. But when it comes to my turn, I was told to switch to the appointment queue. Then the staff proceed to prioritize the longer walk in queue. At 9am I collected my report and guess what the actual process took less than a minute, they got all the reports prepared but I have no idea why I had to wait 1 and a half hour just for that.
