The doctors here are all very friendly and always do thorough checks for the final diagnosis. My go-to clinic since it's really near where I stay.

Friendly staff and doctor. Went to see for cough. However dhasedyl cough syrup tastes somewhat diluted/watery and also no apparent effect on cough. Not recovered after 3 days. Oh well.

Both doctor & clinic assistant are very helpful. Small & quiet place, good when you're feeling unwell. Only setback is too far of a distance from my home & no direct bus. Too far to walk & too near to take a cab! (:

Dr. Gabriel if I got the name right, was great and very professional. Appreciate his kind approach with my child. Nurse was polite too.

Made 2 bookings for COVID pre departure test for my staff and was given a confirmation by Xin Yu on 19/05/21. Unlike other clinics which always ask for destination, flight details etc, I was not asked of any of these. Was just told to arrive between 8 am to 9:30 am. Today, when my staff reached for the test, we were informed they can take pre-departure test but they cannot confirm if it can be release in time for the required flight submission. Spoke with Dr Ho Kay Chun and he was unapologetic about our situation and chose to ignore the fact that his staff had accepted our booking and told us to get the test elsewhere instead of spending our time to argue with him! Given that there is little time left to done the testing done earlier this morning in time for the test completion, it was then a mad rush. Managed to get a booking at Central 24hrs at Woodlands, was promised to get the results the next week before 3pm. Absolutely grateful to fast response and efficient service by Central 24hrs Marsiling Blk 303. I am spending my time typing all these because I want to warn anyone who still wish to visit this clinic especially employers who want to engage them for pre-departure covid testing. Lastly, to Dr Ho, one piece of advice to you: don't bite off more than you can chew. To Procross Mgt, you will probably wish to look at your SOP and avoid similar situation from happening to others. *edit* In response to Dr Ho's reply. I understood the COVID situation like anyone. You might wish to take a step back to think about what could be prevented to avoid what happened today. I am pretty sure you are more than capable in doing that if you are willing.

Visited the clinic with a flu, didn't wait too long however felt like the doctor was rushing through the consult, took a glance inside my mouth and hurriedly took my temperature. It's day 3 now and I still have not recovered, and I have just realised that the medicine dispensed to me was expiring this month as well.

Went for an ART test on Monday 21st Feb. However till Thursday 24th Feb status of ART test results on Healthub app still shows "Pending". Called Healthhub and they said my result was unsuccessfully registered by Procross. Hope Procross can get back to me asap. Thank you.
