Mayfair Medical Clinic (Yishun Chong Pang) & Sheraton Dental Surgery - 103 Yishun Ring Rd

The clinic has become very busy over the years but I always prefer to come here and see the doctors because they are very efficient and friendly. Not to mention the medicine given are usually very effective. I will highly recommend this clinic.

Mayfair medical is a clinic which is very beautiful on the inside ? They are always very clean and hygienic as well. Through every of my visits, I feel very warm and welcomed, both by its beyond pleasant environment and also its very friendly and helpful staffs. The doctors here are extremely caring and professional as well, and listens to and addresses all your health concerns and needs always, in all ways. Definitely a recommended family clinic, do drop by for a visit ?

The chinese lady in the morning is so bloody rude.It feels as though I owe her a living from the way she speaks.If Mayfair cannot event hire a good receptionist then what can i say about the doctor?However he was kind n patient n it was hassle free untill collection of medication.It took kingdom come. Ths worse nurses are the morning Chinese lady and the evening Indian lady.The Indian lady us clearly racist and was talking ill about me cause i told her off for her sacarstic comments.She did not know that i knew Tamil even though I look malay as my im mixed blood.These two receptionist will bring the whole clinic down!I hate going there if i am not well and it is not just me,many have said the same things about them n Dr said he will send them for training but i do know he did not send them cause they are still the same. The weekend Indian Girl is the best!Kind,Hassle free,Great PR skills.Dr quah is good but your two receptionist will sure make ppl go other clinic one.Such pity.good doctor but horrible receptionist on weekdays.The Indian girl should be placed on weekdays n these two rude receptionist shld be sacked for there are numerous complaints against them but the doctor do not do anything disappointed

Very rude staff , be it the Indian staff or Chinese. Only able to get phone consultation was not able to meet the doctor. Feels like the counter staff doesn't care about people who are sick. Looking at the other reviews , would recommend waiting until you can see the doctor instead of just phone consultation.

Was having bad itch.. and googled and came to the nearest. Bad experience, doc don’t show concern at all. Simply like rushing to clear off the Q he has in clinic. Was late for his 6pm operating hours too. Payment only cash/nets. When say cash, ask if we have small change? Bills - 88.50 give $88.60 still ask if we got 10cent. No cash at all to change. Super bad. Not recommend at all.

Writing in reply to your reply of my previous review. Doesn't mean I write a review it had to happen on the same day. And if you don't have my records it is because the doctor was not in and I decided to walk off. So how will you have my records? To stay and wait for a doctor is not there? On Friday your doctor wasn't there again and was told to have a video call with the doctor? So is doctor working from home? Certain days 6pm opening hours and until 6.45 he won't be there even I am the first person there. Seriously there is an issue and hope to see you all improve. Doctor is always rushing. The excuse that don't want to keep us stay longer. All other mayfair clinic doesn't do that. They ensure we are taken care off. Is doctor scared he will get covid cause of the patients? Even if I am about to die and u guys being the nearest clinic I won't come again. Asking if u want to do a video call to someone who have covid symptoms was the joke of the day. Can u do swab test thru it? Never even bother to ask what is the reason for the visit..

I came to the clinic after seeing positive reviews by others and was shocked at the poor standard. I came to the clinic at 6.30pm and waited till 7.15 before the doctor came in. The assistant on the phone told me that clinic opens at 6.30pm, therefore I was there on time. However, the consultation took only about 1 minute(or should I say 60 seconds) before I was dismissed. Apart from the swab test, the doctor only did a throat examination. It felt so rushed and it wasn’t even a long queue, only 3 patients in line. This review serves to moderate your expectation if you’re visiting.

Done serology test and yet been a month already still not yet helped to open trace together vaccination program called moh and got told that they haven't send it to nir go to the clinic and yet the Indian women said they done already today gone to find it and the clinic closed people need to work and need the trace together to open is this how you treat people?
