β β β β β Rude staff. To the one taking orders and giving out drinks today, if you only have 1 job, do it with a smile. Don't ignore or raise your voice at your customers. Not recommended. Please go to the branch at North Point. Much more pleasant experience.

β β β β β The employees in cheongpang i-tea are no pleasant personality to the costumers. It seems that they are not trained to it. I experienced it today and I also observed how they approached the other customers, they are rude. I hope the management will look into it and train their staff.

β β β β β I just visited it yesterday and I have to say I didn't know there were so many flavours! There's your normal milk tea with pearls to your yakult, avocado to other interesting flavours. When I happened to visit they were out of normal sizes so I had to order a large one. Other than that, it's a really pleasant place to visit and consume drinks!

β β β β β BARISTA KEYED IN MY ORDER WRONG i ordered a matcha macchiato with pearl but I was given a matcha latte with no pearl whatsoever. my order for the other drinks was also given the wrong size.
STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND ARE VERY RUDE
