★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also have a similar unpleasant experience when ordering from the McDelivery app. I waited for 1h only to find out that my breakfast order was cancelled without informing me. When I asked for a refund, the store manager told me to contact Grab Express as they were the delivery provider.
Grab couldn’t process my refund as my card payment was made to mcd (totally make sense) and I had to contact customer service for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neighbourhood McDonald's is a good selection of food within vicinity. After the extension, more seating is available for outdoor. Nice to dine or grab a quick fix meal whenever needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As what many reviews say, this outlet often misses out items in orders during mealtimes. Always check your take-aways, be it food items, condiments/sauces or cutlery.
When orders are shown as serving, the few staff manning the service counter then randomly looks at and attempt to complete the “Now serving” orders. Few staff can be seen working on a same order or none on other orders. As such, orders either remain incomplete for very long; or after being completed, not called out for customer collection, even customers keep asking about them after seeing their orders left on counter for very long, as much as 10min or more, as I have both heard & encountered.
Due to the random manner that staff work, missing items always happens during mealtimes. Orders pile on counter while disgruntled customers congregate around the area.
This outlet badly need their SOPs & staff training to be reviewed.

Atmosphere is good. Always full w customers.
Update: service getting from bad to worst. Had to wait more than 40 minutes for my order. Really horrible slow system. Fries given wasn’t fresh. Ice in drinks melted. Worst of all, i was given wrong food.
Better check your food if you’re taking away. Best to avoid this place altogether.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u are looking for a fast food restaurant like McDonald, my advise is not to come to this McDonald. I’ve waited for almost 40mins for my order. I’ve never seen such a crowded kitchen with such slow serving service. All the burgers n drink pile up on their preparing table but serving out to the customers rate is not as fast as what they prepare. They don’t even apologise for missing out my order. What a great fast food restaurant they are. Hope they business can sustain for this outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this outlet in particular can never get an order right. ordered 2 sets of breakfast via their delivery app today. everything came except for our hash browns. called their hotline multiple times but no answer so we contacted the outlet instead. always missing out an item every other times. there was once when we ordered a happy meal but didn’t get the toy ??♀️
