KFC Bukit Panjang

went down today to get the new chicken skin, workers there super rude! ordered takeaway through the self ordering machine, but staff prepared dine in. told her nicely that i actually ordered takeaway and in return she did not apologise but instead cursed softly, but loud enough to hear, but somewhat understandable due to lunch hours. after she packed everything, she just told us off to get the drinks from the machine, but did not give us the correct amount of cups! told another worker about it, but he didnt bother to look at the receipt and throw another cup to us! when i corrected him with the cup size, he replied with a rather impatient tone "another regular la, say!" ? gave me only one drink plastic bag for three drinks??? lol was already angry and cant be bothered to ask for another bag to be replied with the impatient attitude... dear managers, please train your staffs with the minimal customer service, with at least a smile no matter what! food was average, everything was soggy ?

The customer service made me v angry.. I waited for 30-40min for a piece of chicken and hash-brown and when I came to the counter after hearing my number, they suddenly asked me to change my menu, or it would take 30m more... I changed and realised otw home that the menu I changed to was cheaper than what I ordered.. what the...

The seating area has a different setting from the usual bright KFC branches where it is of a darker lighting. There's table and bench seating, a line of high chair seating and the usual seating that you can choose from. 2 self service kiosks and 1 manned counter. Service is fast.

Kudos to the indian young lady staff on 2aug 2021 ard 8pm. Was observing the staff work while nothing to do waiting for my food. U can tell she took great care to pack properly and even centralize the drink cup in bag before tying for u, so it wont spill. Appreciate it!

Ordered quite a few times from this KFC due to proximity. It is one of the worst KFC in terms of quality of food. I thought the cooking process is a SOP! But the fried chicken here were usually dry and tough. And they would give much smaller pieces of chicken when it comes to Tuesdays' 5 for $8 promotions. The KFC at the nearby Bukit Panjang Plaza is much more consistent with the quality control.

Service there was fast. After I ordered my delicious lays chicken set, which tasted really good. The food arrived at the self collection point a minute after order. Sitting area is big and cozy! Definitely will be coming back there!

I rarely give 5 stars to my reviews but this time I think this KFC branch deserves it. The service, speed and quality of their chicken and other side dishes are very good compared to any other branch I've been to. Queuing, ordering and getting my food here just took me 5 to 7 minutes compared to the 15 to 20 minutes at Lot One. The service structure at Lot One is so ineffective! The cashier was very polite and responsive, repeated my orders to make sure he got it right. And was very calm even though it was peak hour and everybody was ordering the Tuesday deal. Kudos to him! The kitchen staff who prepared the orders were also polite and friendly and said welcome when I said thank you! My family and I had a great meal. ---- Update: I ate in on another occasion and I really loved the atmosphere and the space layout. The popcorn chicken seems quite little ? We tried the double down waffle burger. We thought it would be as huge as the previous double down with bacon and cheese but it was significantly smaller and the chicken was kinda different from the crispy chicken.

The user interface not as Usable friendly as M. Price seems like more expensive as I seldom eat kfc. ?
