β β β β β I had a horrible experience at this outlet. The staff has no sense of service at all.
The "service" staff who ushered me in asked me to use the mobile app to order but your system had problem and it hang at payment page for at least 10 minutes. If your system couldn't handle it don't ask your customers to use it. Waste of my time!
2. The counter staff got my order wrong! I had to go back and get the correct order. Not even sincerely apologetic. The guys looked very young maybe in teens just don't care.

β β β β β Ordered takeaway 2 very peri large fries. To my dismay, when i reached home, realised was given barely half portion. Its a rip off paying for large and getting small portion instead.

β β β β β Ordered takeaway chicken (DOUBLE) samurai burger meal. While order was processed relatively fast on a weekday evening, the food items received were incorrect. Fries were saltless. Ironically, a special order was pasted on my brown bag. But I donβt see anything special about it and everything seems to be in order when I looked through before I left Mac. To my horror, the βspecial orderβ was actually Mac giving me a SINGLE chicken patty! Special order slip has double on it and I would not even imagine that Iβm would be receiving a SINGLE patty.

β β β β β It was my worst experience in mcdonald. It was 12am after my work and I have not taken my dinner. I went to hillion mall mc Donald while I was on my way home. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a large fries as takeaway. To my horror upon reaching home, the fries was barely even half the portion of the package. It looks like leftovers and tasted soggy. I wouldn't recommend people to visit this outlet as this shows the staff aren't ethical enough to fulfill their takeaway orders for customers after late midnight.
