★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs during morning shift provide very poor service. My order was not fulfilled as I ordered takeaway. They updated as fulfilled though the food I purchased hadn't deliver to me while I still standing in front of the counter for 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi this morning I when down to 1 of your outlet at Tampines interchange McDonald’s the uncle name James is not very helpful I ask him later my order number is 2630. I will like to to have tomato sauce & chilli and he tell me he don’t have a pen and after he service the meal to my table just put with a not happy face is ok I also working in F&B to me is ok just what i don’t really like. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn't the first time a McDonald's has messed up an order of Sprite. The drink basically was all seltzer water, without the actual sprite flavour.
You would think the staff would be tipped off by the unusually low automatically end level, or that a multi-billion dollar company could afford better systems than that.
Sip every sprite drink your order before take away, the staff here are not paid enough to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experince, by far the best Mcdonalds Ive ever visited. The staff Koh Hoon was very attentive, likewise for another aunty working together with her earlier today. I just wish they are always healthy and safe. Great job!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food delivery from this location and was shocked to find they just placed the fries as shown in the picture (upside down), as they wanted to squeeze all of them into 1 paper bag. This is just plain rude. The managers there need to wake up and realize your staff are very poorly trained or ill-disciplined.
