Your friendly neighborhood optometrist. I've been going here for years and what keeps me coming back is the service, especially the owner. He takes note of his customers and takes special care, from the suggestions to the pricing of the frames and lenses. They will give you a reasonable price and it is really a good deal. They will also give an advice or two on what to do to care for your eyes. Never once have I ever regretted getting my spectacles done here. Will be going there pretty soon to get a new pair done. Staff is very helpful and friendly. He really took time to carefully do exam (and check prescription on several pairs of spectacles which I brought along). They have a wide variety of frames.

It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the name of the patient and detailed gentleman who provided service to my friend and I. For me personally, he kindly showed me all sorts of frames as I was quite particular about what I wanted. When testing my eyes he was very thorough and explained how my previous lenses overcompensated for my mild astig but that he will now balance it out for my new lenses. I also highlighted that my eyes tended to water when working at length on the laptop and he recommended having the blue filter though there were extra costs. Having used my new specs for awhile now, I am very happy with them and thankful for the attentive service and care taken for the best fit.

Amazing service standard by Cindy. My eyes are very very sensitive (If anyone can help, please let me know, I cannot wear blue lens as well). Hope it is not due to age. Trust me, I went to a few optical shops, and have to change my lens a few time, just to avoid feeling giddy. Those other optical shops' staffs, just brushed me off and told me that my eyes needed to get used to the new spectacles. Need the spectacles to be adjusted very well else I will feel giddy wearing it. Now, thankfully with Cindy to assist. I do not dread changing spectacles. And Cindy has been patient and helpful to do the adjustments. Last month, she helped me to get from her supplier similar spectacles frame as my current frame, even though the stocks ran out. Because my eyes have already gotten used to spectacles. I dare not change any frame, I prefer to wear back similar spectacles frame, to avoid feeling giddy. And today, she went the extra miles to 'repair' my lens because I accidentally stepped on it a few days back. She was helpful and was fast in repairing it at no extra cost and with a smile too. Excellent service from Cindy!!!

Since my old optician-optometrist retired, I haven’t found an optometrist that I trust. Till I met Mr William Ho from Vision Style Optical. Mr William Ho was patient to guide me on the choices of spectacles and the lenses to be fitted on. Upon collection, I had to take some time to adjust to the new transitions lenses. It even came with a blue light filter. It was really the sharpest and clearest lenses I have ever used and I’m glad Mr Ho recommended this brand and type of lenses. Mr Ho is clearly experienced in his field of work. He is not satisfied with the work till the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend him to other customers who are looking for old-school,personalized and professional service.
