McDonald's

The worst McDonald's branch I have visited so far. Iced milo left for so long, diluted until tasteless. I am being served this choco cone in this manner. Can't the staff see that the ice cream is crying? Guess the staff is too busy until cannot notice that the ice cream is cui (koyak). Lousy quality food and service. Visited on weekday 10.30pm.

McDonald's are Fast food no more. but a Slow production Junk food. In fact you're paying your money and your time to Kill your Health. Please take care yourself and your love one.

Bought a hamburger and requested for extra onion (takeaway cause can't dine in due to covid phase 2). To my horror, what I got is 1 pickle and NO onions. Is this a joke?? Revisited this place multiple times. Almost every time there's queue and they are not allowing people in despite no one at the booth (last picture). What is it with this outlet...

On 24 May 2022, about 8:20a.m., i ordered McDonald breakfast and asked the staff to use my own tumbler cup for my drink. She however responded with "We are very busy right now and it'll confuse us which one your order is." I looked at the order screen, and there were only 5 orders. There was no crowd, and the staff inside was not rushing at all. I asked the manager(chinese, wearing glasses) for the same request, only to have her reply "We can't do that for you. We can only give you our cup and you'll have to pour it yourself, and return the cup for us to reuse." How unhygienic is that? Giving the customers a cup and wanting them to return it afterwards so that they can REUSE it, not putting into consideration that it may be dirty already. Not only that, when the drinks came, I asked them to help me pour it inside my tumbler cup as I was afraid that I'd make a mess on the table. The manager did as told, but poured the drinks inside to the point that it was overflowing as if out of spite. Hope the higher-ups will do something about this horrible service. Never seen anyone coming up with excuses like this(mentioning that they're busy even though the restaurant was almost half empty) just to avoid doing something so simple.

5 stars to the food, no problem with it. But a lady named Jolene was rude. Saw my order being called on screen, so went to the collection point. But that lady told me in a rude manner that my order is not yet ready, go wait aside. Then when I told her my no is being called on screen that's why I was there. She showed me a impatient look and repeated again. The other lady was nice there telling me in a soft and courtesy tone of voice that my order is not yet ready and have to wait for awhile more, I appreciate that.

Amazing place for breakfast. Didn't wait long for the food. Nice and clean.

Best Service Awards should go to this branch. Workers always friendly & helpful. Foods are well cooked. Thanks McDonald for this 6 pieces of Chicken bucket for my birthday( redeem from App, can choose either chicken or nuggets ). Yum yum!

One of the least queue on the McDonald's outlet I have visited. I think because there are many other options of foods around the area. Visited because of the minions on Happy Meal only. Preparation time was good, not that long, also due to not many crowd at outlet.
