โ โ โ โ โ Super slow delivery. Ordered through Grab and waited around 2 hours for the food to arrive. Not recommended to buy food from this place online if you are extremely hungry I would recommend another outlet instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordering through the counterless and end up with cashless payment system down. No proper assist from the stuff and decided to make payment at the counter. While waiting at just one counter while theres 3 stuff including the manager serving one customer ahead of me. I just patiently waited again. Lastly after payment done and food being pack, i check my food and some was not as what i requested was given to me. I thought that it wasnt stated in my receipt but it does. And when i stood there to enquire about my order, all the stuff just passby and didnt attended to me. I just felt im not a value customer for them to serve me.

โ โ โ โ โ I was served at my table by a staff called Zul.
He reminded me that if I find the fries not hot enough. I could request for exchange.
I tested out the fries and it was really below average standard.
I went to exchange for a hot fries.
The manager Dinesh took the fries and disposed it. And ignored me.
He did not tell me anything and left me waiting for nothing.
Luckily the helpful and polite staff Zul came to my rescue. After knowing my situation, he immediately said he will serve me the hot fries immediately.

โ โ โ โ โ It will be nice if Mac have other options breadfast without the meat and serve omelette as well for vegetarians.
The noon manual are all the fried stuff and beef burgers instead of grilled meat or non beef and the only choice is wrapped chicken. Please do note most of us are Buddhism and we prefer non beef burgers and healthy meal to have non fried.

โ โ โ โ โ Weirdest McDonald's I visited. Served me cold fried chicken. Only one handicapped toilet and no washing bay.
But Customer service is good still served me new and hot one.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean and spacious! Quieter than other mcdonald outlets in Yishun on weekend dinner timeslot. Only downside is that the tables are soooooo small..... compared to Northpoint and Safra outlet. So quite packed and squeezy for our group size of 4.
