β β β β β Not my favorite fast food but I've to say that McDonald's do reinvent themselves in recent years with a series of local flavor and gourmet burgers that are of decent quality.
But this particular outlet probably have the worst fries. Their now well known soggy fries are the result of not draining the oil out long enough when taken out of the fryer. They used to be just inconsistent where you still get some good fries every now and then but now they are outright bad evey time.
Businesses who can't get their core product right does not deserve to be thriving and I am upset not only that they are the nearest outlet to me but also the only food option in the vicinity for late night craving.

β β β β β Terrible and rude service manager on duty on 31jan2022 530pm. Insisted I canβt have 1 curry sauce free and needed to pay 30 cents for it because I ordered my drink, burger and fries separately as ala carte. Reason being I did not order a set meal. I had already paid extra because the machine to scan code was not working. Doesn make sense if I pay another 30 cents for the sauce.. No other MacDonaldβs outlet had highlighted this issue to me before.

β β β β β Indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor seatings, sits approximately 60 pax. Place is popular among students during breakfast time. Toilets are available inside (1x male, 1x female, 1x handicapped). Opens till late on selected days during non covid-19 periods.

β β β β β Can it go lower than 1 star? Because this outlet deserves it. I had visited this outlet for take away 5 times between May till today. 4 of the 5 times I had missing items in my order. But today is the worst. A complete meal was missing from my order. I know I should've checked but after waiting for more than 20mins and had to check your own order can get frustrating. In between visits to this outlet, I also visited the Lot One, Jurong Point and Bukit Batok Central outlet and never had any missing items. How is this outlet so terrible?

β β β β β It is a local outlet and has the majority of macdonalds items except for milkshake. It is a small outlet without many seats and with the dinner crowd it can get a bit crowded. I enjoyed my meal here with my parents and that it is very accessible to the residents here. The service here is decent and overall, a nice neighbourhood macdonalds outlet
