It is very good place to go with kids. Because it is having some play area beside so that kids can play there when we are enjoying our food. Of course if they complete theirs ?

They will never fail to mess up my order LOL worst outlet ever. One time i ordered a double cheese burger meal to go, reached home to realise that i was given everything but the burger had to walk back under the hot sun to complain. Very very bad experience.

ordered thru from foodpanda and it took so long and ended up cancelling my order. what a bloody waste of time what kind of service is this not only they wasted my time and money(which needed to be refunded not right away) u wasted the riders time. trash

My family & I visited this outlet & we went in by the entrance facing the playground. We were wondering why isnt there any staff guarding the entrance and there is no safe entry qr code for us to scan our tt either so we find ourselves a place to sit while my husband & I go ahead to order our food using the auto ordering machine kiosk . We were almost done with placing our order when suddenly this macdonald staff came up to us and said we have to join the queue to place the order. We were shocked when we realised the queue was actually on the other side of the entrance. The worst part is that the queue is totally hidden. You are not even aware there was a queue at the corner. After ordering, we waited. The same staff send our food to the table and told us that we had to scan our tt. I asked her why is the queue hidden at the corner. And for goodness sake if your safe entry is at the other side, why is there another entrance(facing the playground) where people can just barge in?And the staff is not alert either. After we were almost done with placing our order then u come and tell us we hv to join the queue. And we were not the only one. There were other people who were not aware of the hidden queue. You should put a no entry sign at the entrance facing the playground so people wont barge in like that! Do better Tampines west outlet!

Can't give 5 stars until they're 24 hours again. Also, they randomly close for renovations. This happens weirdly more often than you think it would.

Nice place but gets pretty crowded during peak hrs. Other than that its pretty peaceful most of the time. Staff are also quite friendly but waiting times for food can get pretty ridiculous if you are ordering at the wrong time

The food is standard McDonald’s quality. There is baby seat which is pretty heavy, a good one. The place can sometimes be overcrowded because indoor seating is limited. The speed of delivery is not the best but not the worst either.
