Experience with this clinic improved tremendously due to COVID19, with lesser crowds, the nurses are much more attentive. Nevertheless, they are a team of very experienced staffs, Dr Ho might look stern and is very straightforward with her words, but that's her style and she's good. :)

Had our first consultation in July when my baby girl had red bumps around her cheeks. Dr Ho was our attending doc back then and she was really straightforward and harsh with her words. The first thing she did was to comment how fat my baby girl is - and repeated that countless time throughout. All the time she was examining her, she was talking directly to my baby and never once talk to me directly and answer my question. After examining, she commented that she has problem from top to bottom. (Cradle cap, dermatitis on cheeks, stomach wind and diaper rash). She sounded really non-empathetic and made me as a first-time-mom felt really guilty for not doing a great job. I was pretty upset after the consultation but reminded myself that maybe Dr Ho was just a straightforward doctor? After all her medicine did help and my baby is fine after few days. Fast forward 2 months. My baby girl has some red patches behind her ears for 1week plus and I decided to bring her to see Dr Ho again. And yes - she commented that she is FAT again?! She weighs 6.6kg at her 4th month. I questioned her back what's the ideal weight range, she didn't reply but continue talking to my baby and said "mama keep feeding you and make you fat". She took a look at the face and ear and just said it's eczema and began to write down the prescription. Everything less than 5mins and out we go. No further questions ask and just simply tell me to apply the medication on her for 14-days. After applying the medication cream for 5 days, her rashes seem to spread across her mouth, chin and neck and become more red and scaly. I didn't expect the cream to work wonder within days, but why did the rashes spread instead of subsiding? Honestly I will not head back for second consultation as I highly doubted her professionalism. I think the only plus point is that the assistants at the reception are friendly and nice. They help to carry my baby while I was fiddling with my stuff to do the registration.

first and last time here. exceptionally rude and unprofessional front desk staff considering its for a baby and child clinic! just chase people out claim theres a Q but there wasn't any Q outside at all. zero service mindset!

Wonderful service by Dr Ho and her team! Dr Ho was recommended to me by my OB and she attended to my baby when he was newborn in the hospital. Went for my first check-up today and was very happy with the service. Was unable to have my hubby with me inside the clinic due to Covid restrictions, and was afraid I would be unable to handle my baby alone especially just had a C sect earlier this week, but the staff put me at ease and were very helpful and warm towards me when they helped me with my baby, while I was waiting for my turn. Dr Ho is great with children of all ages and she seems to be able to communicate well with my baby (my baby seems to understand her like a Baby Whisperer). It’s our first appointment today and hope everything will go smoothly for the next few appointments.

Their doctor made my child cry. The medicine is in opened bottles. Charges are very high. Any nearby GP will be better than this clinic

Worst PD and staff ever. Layout of the clinic is also very odd with a super hazardous door which connects to the second floor but can easily slam into people. Please do yourself and your child a favor and look for other PDs.

I will not be coming back here again. Dr Ho was rude and had a know-it-all attitude when she attended to my 6 month old. She was also very judgey (cue scandalised gasp) when I informed her I was not breastfeeding and my baby is on formula. Dr. Ho was not gentle with my baby and took her from me without a word of warning. Of course my baby started to cry and Dr. Ho continued to check without caring or saying any sort of soothing words to her as I have seen other pediatricians do. Her assistant and her then pinned my baby down while she did a check of my baby’s nose. Of course, my baby became even more hysterical. No soothing words. The reception staff are ok but unfortunately, we found the doctor rude, not warm and not gentle.

I have visited there more than one year now. The clinic is environment clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly.Specially Dr Loke is very friendly and describes any conditions. She is the pediatrician who checked my baby since her birth. She is well experienced and talented. My gynaecologist recommended her to me. So I continued. I gave all vaccination from there. They are usually having checking up call after every visit. Thank you.
