Dear compass staff a guy with pony tail On Wednesday I was doing a pick up order from very own Starbucks apps . After 10min I was going to pick up at the store . Before I reaching there is no much ppl ordering . When I approach to their staff at first to ask my order is done . I was just being ignored. So I approach with a guy with pony tail. He told order has not been done yet . At the time I saw a cup of coffee was ready there . Not even staff bother bout the coffee . And I see it start melting. I believe Is quite long over there. After waiting for 10min the the abandoned coffee is belong to me . When I ask about it . I was being ignored . If the pony tail guy is an management I would like to say “u really have a good customer service “ and please don’t allocate all new staff in one outlet. You just will make the thing worst and messy . Gv them a good training before they start their work at store .

I made an order of two slices of cake and 1 drink during off peak hour and the delivery timing kept delaying and took almost an hour for the rider to pick up the order. The poor rider also had to wait such a long time. Aren’t the cakes already baked beforehand? Dont understand why it took so long… very upset with the service.

Worst starbucks experience ever in my life so far. I’m 9 months pregnant and last Sunday evening, I brought 3yrs and 1yr daughter here to rest. My daughter requested me to eat a cake so I was about to order tea and cake, milk for 1 yr. However, one guy staff (Indian or Malays) rejected us to enter because there were only one table with 2 chairs available so 3 person can NOT to use. I told him that my 1yr daughter will seat on stroller so 2 chairs would be sufficient but he rejected. I’m so disappointed at his unkindness and stubbornness, level of service quality. I strongly recommend people not to use THIS starbucks, it doesn’t worth to pay for coffee in this shop.

OMG, this is the worst Starbucks Cafe in Singapore I encountered. The drinks tasted like have been made and leave it there for one two hours.

Great matcha latte w/ strong matcha powder & not too sweet! It used to be green tea latte which is now replaced with the former. Except that seats are very limited to people who just glued to their phones n not getting away. ?‍♂️

This Starbucks outlet is always very well patronised as it is within Compass One shopping mall with a convenient MRT station linked (Sengkang). It is usually difficult to find a table seat but sitting at this counter is wonderful for relaxing and people watching! Love it here.

I like the chicken pie, chocolate crumble muffin and chocolate chip drink. The signature chocolate cake is nice but like a bit too salty for me. Christmas chocolate tart is too dry and too thick though. The cheesecake not bad

The Starbucks in Compass One is located on the first floor near one of the entrances/exits of the building in a corner spot with an atm right outside. It offers the standard features that you would expect from any Starbucks that is to say free WiFi, different kinds of seating areas from tall bar stools to mini armchair lookalikes, etc. The staff have very individual personalities with one of them even having coloured hair, but none of their personalities are too bold to disrupt the atmosphere of the place. Ordering was quick. Service was quick too. This outlet can get crowded. At the time of my visit though it wasn't crowded. Dining-in is limited to 60 minutes only. Being situated by the exit its location in the mall is strategic to sit ban and have a mug of coffee while watching the world go by.
