β β β β β Terrible waiting time for delivery order.
Tried to call the branch many times but unable to call in, even call the HQ hotline 6235 3535, keep hearing advertisement recorded voice but nobody pick up the phone, nobody can handle your order and you don't even know when your food will be delivered to your house.
Order food at 11:25am via pizza hut official website, the food delivered at 2:20pm.
All foods delivered are not hot and fresh anymore.

β β β β β Worst Pizza Hut outlet in SG, cant even pick up phone call, my order was late by almost 30 mins, I live just opposite the highway......
The food was cold and wet, the driver ran away b4 i could even ask him what was going on, and when i called for assistance, they never picked up
The quality was also sub-par, the curry chicken pizza didn't taste like it used to or like in other outlets, big disappointment, never order frm this outlet, ever....

β β β β β Never have I posted a Google Review, but the terrible service & waiting time here deserves one. Ordered self-pickup via the pizzahut app platform, collection time stated to be 1230pm. Reach said outlet at 1245pm, item still not ready. Waited till 120pm before order was ready. What's the point of ordering on the app first, waste of my time.
Checked with the staff at 1255pm with regards to the order, staff only went ahead to prepare them when we asked about it. Never ever ordering from this outlet again, plenty waste of time.

β β β β β I am a goobfood delivery rider, I waited for one hour then they told me the order is already out when I didnβt take any orders. Then the person ask me to cancel the order and I am scolded by the customer. Service is also very slow. Very bad experience by Punggol Plaza Pizza Hut:β(

Went there for order .. first of all they were making everyone wait in the lobby for long even after we kept ringing bells .. after a while one rude lady came and just said βonly cash no cards, machine isnβt workingβ .. and when asked if I can order online and self collect it she said yes but then told to βget out of the shop if ordering onlineβ . I just canβt believe she said that β¦. First of all your machine doesnβt work and on top of that this kind of attitude.. God save this outlet

β β β β β Yesterday we ordered one veg and one hawalian pizza and cinnamon sticks as side. Bothe the pizzas are very dry and cold by the time its delivered at home. Cinnamon sticks is also very dry and taste less. It was one of the worst pizza i had in singapore. I think the problem is with this punggol plazza branch, other places we had and it.
Never order from Punggol Plaza pizza hut :(
