β β β β β Some renovation going on outside Mac's. The location is still quiet and relatively picturesque. But the outlet feels dated.
Place is still relatively quiet compared to other outlets. Avoid the mornings if you are not prepared to vie for tables with other young families with kids in toll. Honestly the place is not so big to house that many families.

β β β β β The ambience and location of the place made eating there more memorable.
Sadly, it's closing by the end of this year.
Lady who was working at the entrance on the last Saturday morning was very cheerful in inviting, helping and serving us throughout our breakfast there.
Please try to find a similar set up Mcdonalds, you are the only one that can probably make it happen.

β β β β β This Macdonald's have been around for more than 40 years. It is nestled within a green enclave hidden in the busy city. The small rustic pond with idelic turtles and colorful fishes swimming was fond memories from a distant childhood. This place should be preserved as a Singapore Heritage.

β β β β β The lease was recently renewed. Some areas were fenced off when I visited.
The place is nice, quiet and lots of greenery around. A possible place to visit and chill.

β β β β β Good service, I believe they have a system to ensure that dining customers have seat avaliable. Some said it the most beautiful Macdonald outlet in Singapore, couldn't agree more.

β β β β β Beautiful standalone Mcdonalds outlet with a rustic feel. Take the outdoor seats for good views of the lake. Feels like a rustic retreat and oasis in the city.

β β β β β Arrived around 7pm on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised that it is not as crowded as I thought it would be on a weekend. There is a flight of step entering but fortunately, kind strangers and mcd staff helped us with carrying up the pram.
The kind act didn't stop here. A tall malay staff (whom later i found out his name is Elias) wearing yellow uniform saw that I took a baby chair for my baby, came over and rearrange our chairs so we have space for the baby chair. He kindly help us remove the extra chair to the side so it doesn't obstruct traffic.
Food was served very quickly, about 3 to 5 minutes after ordering. And I would like to highlight that *all* of the items were piping hot and freshly prepared. All customisation requests were taken care of. I mean at this point, I start to think that not all mcd outlets are the same.
Throughout the entire meal, we observe the staff were very prompt in their service, especially Elias who politely greet each customer leaving and entering the restaurant. It is top tier service and felt I was entering a 3 star Michellin restaurant. (No exaggeration here)
And remember the flight of stairs? Elias was quick to help senior citizens and young children by opening the door for them. Although he was wearing a mask, I can see the friendly smile underneath it and just emiting positive vibes to the customers of Queenston McDonald outlet.
He was also very friendly to the rest of the staff, thanking them and also very courteous to the food delivery drivers, wishing them safe journey on the road. It is heartwarming to see a scene like this.
Truly truly a gem to have such a staff. This guy really deserve a pay raise and recognition. Both my husband, baby and I enjoyed this dining experience in McDonald's.
(Apology for the badly taken photographs as my hands are oily and I'm carrying a 6 mo)
